very disappointed with the way they treat their customers, not a phone call even if there is litigation .... just emails and email forwarding. I cannot put zero otherwise I would put it. I don't think they ever set foot in our co-op on the other hand to put procedural costs on costs on which we already do not agree, they are the first and they do not mind sending us on the roses by mails because they do not answer such .....
