Third class people who doesn't have any value of people I don't know what do they think of themselves and from which planet they are I hope someone help them as a person who they are and change their mindsets for people who are putting all their efforts 0% efforts have been shown from their side I m not sure even if I should give 1 star to these guys plz don't waste ur time and energy behind these guys not worthy at all

Hi friends!!! Pls don't go to this placement bcoz girls in this placement do not have manners to talk with candidates...they think we candidates are beggars and also they give u false information about the companies so that u join and they can achieve there targets....Girls working here have lot of attitude...pls don't waste your time

Coppergate is one of the best consultant. Everyone is very supportive. Specially Pranjali who helped me a lot. She is one of the best person in that consultancy. If anyone wants a job please contact Pranjali.

Worst experience ever! These people are confused specially in the drive interview. No coordination between them. They ask you to wait for a simple hr round. I personally waited for whole day for one single round. Not recommended ! Please do not waste your time going there.

Company made just to fool people's. All they want is their target achieved by fooling the innocent job seekers by recruiting them to worst companies. Guys do not fall for them coz they are trained for Sugar Coated talks specially all those Female HR's.
Probably I would give them Minus Star for rating.

People talking ill about Coppergate especially Varsha Bhat should really ask for some wisdom and maturity from the above one. I came in contact with the company in 2015 at a job fair organized in Andheri east. After politely guiding me with all the requirements, she humbly informed me about all the opportunities she had for me right away. Within 2 days my interview was scheduled at Prudential(Powai). By God's grace and her unresting attempt I got selected and was asked to join the company within a week.
After I joined the company, she and her team always made a point to contact me and check my satisfaction at my work place.

When people from the people business, stop caring about those who are genuinely concerned with not only about what you say, and how you say it. That's feedback.
Telling people off, that it's "your business and I don't why we're having this conversation" when you are dealing with a crisis, without the right damage control and shutting people down rudely, that's not right.
In hindsight, pick the right folk, have a trained team equipped for dealing with such concerns.
Find alternative communication channels and use them to leverage groups.
Don't be available 24x7 - Pick your work hours.
When you can't have difficult conversations, find someone equipped to handle that.
Somebody else's visual challenges should not make others verbally challenged.

Healthy environment and good relations with candidate

It was a good experience with coppergate to find a job. I was recruited to eclerx in 2015. Recruiters are very polite and helpful.
