Stayed here recently for 4 nights. After a very confusing arrival where we called the intercom, it's patchy response was almost unintelligible so we had to phone call reception which told us to go to a nearby hotel to check in. A simple note in the booking email could rectify the problem. However after that, our enjoyment picked up. A great breakfast with very friendly staff followed to make our stay enjoyable. Our only other grip would be that cleaning could improve a little, like hovering. But the rooms are very nice, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

The place is renovated from a real Irish home. Good experience. Clean. Interior is lovely. Shower is strong and warm enough for winter. Location perfect. Breakfast is nice. Only that the floor is bit quaky. I'm fine since I'm staying in the 2nd floor but not sure of the experience of staying downstairs.

The location was perfect. Just a block off the main drag with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The room itself was nice and cozy. They advertise themselves as a bed and breakfast but breakfast is not included - it's an additional 10 per person per day. We didn't understand this when we booked so if we wanted breakfast (at a bed and breakfast) it was going to be 60 additional for the 2 days we where there. The other thing we did not like was not a lounge/dinning room or common area. There was a lounge/reception area down the street at the Fairview (which owns this B&B) but nothing at this location.

This is not what I would call a B&B. It's actually the downstairs apartment of what was once a townhouse, which has been divided into various rental spaces. Fortunately, we had the whole downstairs, but renters upstairs can be distracting, More

Nice location but the room was soooooo tiny. With one single and one double bed (2 adults and a 15 yr old) we hardly had any space even to stretch. There is absolutely no one on site. When we rang the door bell someone from the Fairview hotel (which is at the corner of the street) answered and asked us to walk there to get the keys ourselves. Even if you need a bottle of water and you are willing to pay for it they don t have anyone to deliver and told us to come to the hotel. Since we opted for the breakfast while booking we had hot breakfast at the Fairview which was the only decent thing. I don t think it s fair to advertise this as B&B which is supposed to be an homely environment and just abandon them on their own.
