Out of of all the realtors I have dealt with Nate is the least professional. There were multiple problems with the unit I was living with my family which took him a few weeks to repair. Nate also is a terrible communicator he never replies to emails when you need him too. Overall very dissatisfied with how he treated me and my family as tenants if you are considering a place with Nate as the realtor please take this review into consideration before purchasing signing a lease.
