Food and staff we're great. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Great food located lake side with boat access and you can get gas on the dock. A launch ramp is right there as well. We had various chips and sandwiches as take out, on the boat. We were very satisfied.

Had lunch today great view and friendly the service was not great our waitress never asked if we'd like more tea The hamburger were big but I won't get them again. I wonder why the waitress never asked why we left them on our plates I would give this place another try but probably a beverage and appetizer. The prices were extremely reasonable and the view great

We just ate here. The cornbread is the best I've ever tasted. My husband had the meatloaf dinner I had a grilled chicken sandwich and fries both dinners were outststanding

What a great place. Food was excellent. Owner was very nice. Met the chef. Going back for sure. Definitely worth driving the 2 extra miles out of the way. This is a gold mine.

Good food and great environment for networking events

Do not go here if you have a food allergy. I ordered the balsamic chicken and deliberately told the waiter that my son had a dairy allergy and asked him to let the chef know so that there were no cross contamination issues. My son has been up for two nights now crying in pain. We typically do not eat out for this very reason, and nothing else in our routine has changed, so the culprit is obvious. It is a shame that people in the restaurant business have such a poor understanding of food allergies. Please do a better job of training your staff.

Wasn't good. Just above bad.

Extremely slow. After a long wait they forgot to make one of the meals in our party. They also forgot to bring us table bread. Everything was WAY over salted, and IMO, Way overpriced.

ambiance is very cute, high end casual. most of the food was good. I had the pork chop and it was excellent... but my sides were cold. I was cold the entire meal and my daughter muscles linguini were drowning in oregano. she only ate 2 bites. we tried to get a different sauce but that came w a ton of oregano too

This restaurant has come a long way since it moved from its old site on Morewood. This is probably about the best restaurant at the lake. Prices are about average for an upscale restaurant. Good variety on the menu...should be something for everyone. The Voo Doo Pasta and the Shrimp and Grits are excellent. A few craft beers on tap are just under $5 which is pretty good these days. The outdoor patio is very nice and comfortable.

Great menu selections. Excellent food. Very good service. Inside and outside dining by the lake. Reasonable pricing. Chef likes to chat with the customers when possible to see how they like their food selection. Nice bar area. Relaxed atmosphere. Try the Catfish Basket and fries. Voodoo pasta dish is excellent. Try the banana pudding made on site. Enjoy.

Steak was burnt on the outside raw on the inside. Absolutely no seasoning was used on the steak. None. Completely devoid of flavor. The steak was not allowed to rest and when I cut into it I ended up with a sea of bloody juice all over the plate. This was also the toughest "sirloin" I've ever had. Some how I doubt that's what was actual servered. I ordered my meal without the potatoes and a double order of green beans. The meal came with potatoes anyway. The waiter took the potatoes but never brought my green beans. The green beans tasted of pure freezer. I had to ask multiple time for salt and pepper. All and all about the worse over priced meal I have ever had. 40 dollars as I was upcharged for an obviously bagged salad and the 23 dollars for 2/3rds of the meal I ordered. No one else in our part enjoyed any portion of the meal. With the prices they charge its simply unacceptable to serve that garbage and have such un attentive wait staff.

Great restaurant on the water. The food was awesome. I had shrimp and grits and my husband had a burger. Nice big portions. The service was great. We went in the winter but summer would be a lot of fun. They have a deck on the water with an outside bar, lights, tables and a nice view. The server was very nice. Our food was ready in no time. Can't wait to go again.

The food was great my wife got the grub tenderloin and I got the SML Burger which was even more excellent and I also have bacon on it

My mom and I have been on the hunt for good restaurants around the lake. We both agree that this is one of the very best restaurants we have been to. To start, we were greeted pleasantly by the hostess who seated us on their outdoor patio. The patio is open and airy with a nice atmosphere. Our waitress, Jessica, was exemplary. She was very attentive and provided excellent, fast service, especially impressive because she was the only waitress working that night. My mom and I both got Ribeyes which were cooked perfectly- very juicy and flavorful. It came with a baked potato and roasted carrots that were both good as well. To finish the evening, we got our desserts boxed to go. My mom got the Key Lime Pie and I got the Chocolate Mousse cake. Once again, super tasty desserts! All told, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and all at a reasonable price. We were super happy with our experience and will definitely be returning again soon.

Limited options in the area, after a long drive convenience counts. Likely why this place was busy. Preparation of our meals did not meet price expectations. "Seared Mahi" at $23 should be VERY well flavored and moisture locked, 6-8oz. However, they were baked and barely touched a hot pan. The sampler trio was $1 more with much more personality, but the same lacking Mahi. Table was not wiped before sitting down, nor after... Explanation of specials was inaccurate and unenthusiastic. Tried to explain concerns to who we assumed was the manager that kept approaching the table for comments on the food. The Scampi was likely the only item that recovered from a 2 star rating. Will not return.

Best ribeye in town!! Love the people working there..they are always right on it. The outside firepits are a great attraction too.

Was very happy to see Copper Kettle move to the new location. Food was excellent as always. Server was attentive, Salmon was cooked to perfection and delivered promptly. Nice bar area. This will be a regular for me.

Had my birthday dinner at CK. Menu is FULL:)
Started off with the dry rubbed SW wings for app, they were gigantic, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside fantastic. The Shrimp and Grits were to die for. I went with the meatloaf instead. Meatloaf mood is indicative of a need for homemade comfort food that indeed tastes homemade, without tasting over recipied. The broccoli were steamed perfectly, and mashed potatoes were mashed with precision:) our waitress Nina, waiter Brandon were attentive and not overbearing, very good representatives of CK. For dessert, we had triple chocolate cake, and keylime cheesecake, need I say more, FREAKIN delicious!! THANK YOU Copper Kettle for an unbelievably good birthday dinner, we will be back, and will recommend to everyone we know.

Had shrimp scampi tonight it was wonderful ....the sauce is soooo good.. everything is excellent. place is great... it's like being with family....met some good people from different areas as we always do...good conversation!

Mickey the owner is so wonderful! His chef, Sonny is awesome! My parents live near here and they are so nice whenever we cone in. So glad they are in a bigger spot, and happy they have been so busy. Great food too!

Took my 94 year old mother for her birthday, she had the catfish platter and loved it.

Wow the new location has 100% ambiance. The bar is like a sports pub inside a restaurant. Copper Kettle has always had great food. This restaurant is going to be another SML best of.

This place was awesome. I loved both the food and the atmosphere. The restaurant has a wonderful view and warm country decor. The people were a lot of fun, ready with smiles and jokes. The only problem was finding the front door but it was definitely worth the search. I'll will be eating there again the next time I visit Virginia.

We visited this restaurant due to the previous reviews. First I ordered Coke and it was flat and syrupy, my daughter and I had a burger which we ordered well done. The burgers were not fully cooked when we received them. My husband ordered catfish and he said it had no flavor. The best thing we had were the mashed potatoes. I would not recommend this place to friends!
