It was an excellent visit but there is still a lot of work with the garden and there are several places where you come in a dead end and have to go back again.

Do 4 stars waiting to see the work finished. Otherwise they would be 5. Worth seeing, perfect for families and not

As always: Exciting and cozy. However, the signage could be better at / around the construction site for the new Panda area - which otherwise looks promising :-)

I love the Copenhagen Zoo to that extent!

The garden itself is beautiful, well maintained and included with magnificent specimens of animals that look healthy and healthy.
This is clearly the most important point when viewing animals in captivity. Many other countries obviously do not have the same high standards as our Danish zoo.

I highly recommend visiting the Zoo during the holidays. They are good for decorating some of the special times, and the Christmas atmosphere in there is nice, warm and cozy. Tents are set up with beautiful skins on the benches, with apple slices in the stalls and with beautiful exhibits of lights and sculptures.

Although the Zoo is lovely in the daytime, where there are lots of people and walks in the animals, it is also a very special experience to go in there before closing time.
In the dark months, however, they also close earlier, when you really get to experience the calm mood that arises among the animals. Most guests are taken home and the animals have calmed down, so you feel that you are completely alone with them.

The food, which can be purchased at the zoo's restaurants and stalls, offers a wealth of different flavors - especially their fish n chips are worth a visit!

A visit to the zoo tower is free with year passes. Otherwise, it costs a little, but is worth the experience! It is higher than you think (in windy weather the tower can weather quite violently) and the view is absolutely amazing!

The zoo is good and big. I got a feeling that the animals were well and got stimulation and food. I think it's sad we have received the pandas as I am not a big fan of please China. When I was there they had not arrived yet, but I have heard that they are cute just remember that you are indirectly supporting China by sharing pictures with the cute pandas.

They have a specimen of Tasmanian demon. What you are serious about seeing animals in captivity.

Very nice zoo, which has really started to look at how they can develop so the animals get better conditions and give the visitors an experience at the same time. Something has really happened to the facilities since I was a kid. It's also great that they've got the street food area. However, I think it is boring that they have added a restaurant to the panda cage, so if you want to see it close, you have to pay dearly to eat there. And even then it is not even sure it is in the plant right then.

It was nice to visit the Zoo In Copenhagen but I think the Government should invest some money for improve some areas in the zoo that look deteriorated. Plus would be nice to see a Gorilla , panther, cougars.

Willing to see the majestic lion, or the often lazy polar bear... Just hop in there.

It is a large building root and half empty that is dirty and obscure, cloudy water, so you can not see anything. Not many animals I managed to see in 3 hours. It should be half price for the time being.

I have a year pass to the Zoo. I love getting there and seeing the animals. IT'S A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN AND THEY DO MUCH FOR THE ANIMALS.

it is impossible to go for a walk with the child as there are many smokers and a public place.
Nowhere where possible breastfeeding a child.
But good fish cafe for adults

Many of the animals seemed very lazy and tired. With the exception of the elephant cubs and the chimpanzee cubs.

An incredible place! There was something new and interesting around every corner.

Not the best zoo I've ever been too and there are parts that could do with some love. The part for the lions looked so small and it was hard not to feel sorry for them but the smaller animals looked great- definitely find the penguins!
There's loads of great parks and seating around which in the summer would be lovely and the cafe to grab a bite in is well priced and tasty. You can also watch camels as you eat!

Great animal park, where there is really a lot to do for the duration as realistic as possible. The various animal areas are constantly being renovated and upgraded. The various food places have also been given a similar look upward.

A perfect place to visit especially with the kids. Zoo has very big numbers of animals from all around the world. There are lots of food places and playgrounds for children

Very nice zoo! Be prepared for lots of walking though and my feet were aching at the end of the day. Many cool animals (really loved the polar bears) and it is family friendly. Place is easy enough to navigate. It is not located centrally but not too far out that it is inconvenient. Go if you've the time!

Simply the best place to be in wild nature in the middle of the big city

It was a huge zoo compared to Odense Zoo and they had a lot more animals like rhino, hippo etc. It was very enjoyable copenhagen zoo

Always worth a visit. Do you buy a cup, you can refund it, or donate it for a purpose.
The children's zoo has been renewed and it can be seen in the children that it is a hit.
Here is a lot improved and the animals seemed to thrive. Right now, a new Panda fencing is being built.
However, the price is at the expensive end, and parking is a nightmare. But definitely worth a visit

Lovely place, our kids loved getting there. However, they are growing from it. Nice and well maintained. Maybe a little too little space for the animals and can be difficult to find a parking space.

A well-planned and cozy place to spend the whole day. There are a lot of entertainment for children, there are a large assortment of cafes, kiosks with ice cream, etc. Everything is very neat, there are many different animals, there is even a jungle. Loved the zoo

It's great to be only if u reach by 11. As most animals during this period feel cold and therefore are not outside post afternoon.

The Copenhagen Zoo is fun, beautiful, and was a great walk. I saw kangaroos, elephants, parrots, butterflies, etc. .... I recommend.

Always worth a visit! Here are always new exciting experiences. There is time for it all, also a break at a cafe or your brought food!

Had experience of a lifetime watching the polar bears

Great zoo in the middle of Copenhagen. Good and varied food and drink offerings. One should not expect to find parking space nearby.

Beautiful large zoo with many different animal species, as well as many different eating places. Too bad there was so stuffed when we were there and there probably isn't a maximum number of guests on site. Therefore, a lot of energy was spent on navigating the many peoples.

It got what a zoo needs but the prices are crazy high even for water on a hot day, so bring your own food and drinks, and it was really really dirty everywhere.

One of the best zoo experiences that I've had. There were probably less than 50 people in the zoo when I was there. It was great. There was a good variety too.

Enjoyed the experience here!! The ticket price was 50% off, it s a promo offered by the government i think? Yeah something like that. I ve seen some animals for the first time like the polar bear, cool right? And most of all the giraffe!!! I ve never been so happy to see a giraffe in my entire lifeee!!! Thumbs up for keeping the zoo clean and the animals fed and safe!

A really good selection of animals, as well as a perfect level of service and comfort. I was in there with my family and, unfortunately, my sister got a headache. This, however was solved at the entrance where a zookeeper quickly found her a tall glass of water and a light painkiller, which made the day so much more satisfying. I can highly recommend despite the controversial internationally known actions of the zoo.
