One of the single worst residential property managers we have ever encountered. We owned a luxury condo in the KC area. They had two different on-site managers while we were there. The first was socially awkward to say the least. This lead to a complete disregard for the building and condo owners. She was replaced with an equally unfit manager. This second manager did absolutely nothing to make the building an enjoyable place to live. Her policy was to lie to your face and to create conflict in everything she did. It was a miserable experience.
They are new to managing condos and treat owners like renters. Wish we hadn t bought in a building they manage.
Rumor is they are getting out of the residential property management business. Finally! Good riddance...
On-site manager struggles with accountability, morale within the employee ranks is low and it's not surprising that we are now seeing the turnover. Copaken Brooks is probably better suited for managing office buildings rather than luxury condo buildings with multiple resident-owners.
