The behavioral department states that they provide "Intensive Behavioral Interventions," but in reality the BCBA's do not know how to properly assess their clients therefore they are unable to create goals that are appropriate. The BCBAs do not train their staff, and do not monitor the data that is taken. They check data every six months when a report is due; an ethical BCBA should be checking data every other week if not every week.

They also state that they provide "Parent Training," this is a complete lie. Instead they spend time discussing their personal lives (dual relationship). The parents are not educated and are left feeling abandoned and hopeless.

"Social skills groups." is code for a room full of clients and BCBAs gossiping about the parents when they leave. While pretending that they know what they are doing.

"Early intervention," also a joke at this company.

The biggest joke of this company is the manager. All I can do is shake my head at how awful this company is because of its manger. The website states that he has consistently focused on a person-centered approach with an emphasis on teaching communication and self-management skills to help individuals more effectively make choices, express wants and needs, and to build and strengthen social relationships. Several families and employees have left this company due to the unethical and unprofessional culture.

Please research other companies. They have created a website to make them sound reasonable and ethical.

I love this place of work . You have to have the passion in all you do for our individuals. Been here 19 strong years and still employed. Couldn't ask for a better place to work and serve.

I called trying to ask a question about a worker assigned to my son for a work evaluation. I know his name is John but I did not know the last name or the phone number from which he called. I got the complete runaround. I was first transferred to Leane Kramer. She is Communications and Marketing Manager. I left a message for her to call me. Her decision was to forward my voicemail message to a caseworker at Developmental Pathways who did not know anything about this referral. I called back to speak with Ms Kramer and got voicemail and the live Ms Krammer is nowhere to be found. I get the phone number to Tom Kanose (Spelling may be incorrect) and Alexa Langford and got voicemail. The person who acts as receptionist is trying to be helpful but she can not tell me if these people are in the office or not. I just wonder how this would work if I had to work with these people with my son for services. I have not gotten to the top of the list yet to speak with a live person. I do not appreciate being referred to a completely different company without even speaking to me about what I called about in the first place. Who is running this outfit? Who really cares about the clients?
I asked these questions and I have not spoken to anyone yet. (Please note: this happened before my son got any services from them and he is not a client nor has he been a client before. I am left with a question mark on my face. "I wonder what has happened to being business professional.
