It is the worst airline I have ever met in my life. I had a trip scheduled for October 9, 2020 and I have been calling for more than 35 minutes to change the flight due to the recent suspension of the same and they never answered me, also the website does not allow you to make the change so it must be to Through direct customer service with agent. But when you get on the page to buy a ticket there if it allows you to do so. Once you give your money, you no longer get to be treated. It means that they do not have enough personnel to make a flight change in times of emergency like this.
