Went in after an RTA in my 2009 Mini Cooper D. I had since purchased a 2010 Countryman D as I had some questions regarding panels and accessories.

I went into the showroom, was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. There was a woman at the desk sitting on her phone and completely oblivious to me standing 3 feet in front of her and didn t say a word to me until I said Can I have some help please . The disinterested receptionist told me to wait for someone from the parts department and then sat back on her phone (I was so shocked at this disgusting lack of customer service).

When I spoke to the person from parts he was very honest and helpful. He was also very sympathetic to my RTA and the fact I was 30+ weeks pregnant. He is the only reason I haven t given the review bottom marks as he was completely on parr.

I cannot shake how disgusted I was at the receptionist s blatant disregard to the fact that a customer was standing right in front of her and I won t be surprised if she isn t still working there.
