Above all, do not buy an apartment at the SHIF!
The apartments come with many defects.
The walls are not waterproof, the concrete screed is soaked in water, zero sound insulation with the apartment above (you can hear everything: neighbors talking, flushing, shower, doors closing ...).
The last residences built by the SHIF are a disaster!
And what about the director still in place ...

You have to relaunch them all the time, whether by email or by phone. Lack of reactivity because the answers are very very long by email and until now no precise answer on several interesting programs in order to know if the file has been validated or not, total lack of information.
ZERO / NULL. Until this day I have no news from them.
Living in St Denis for a long time, I wasted my time and energy with this Cooperative. Not recommended.
