This shop has the best service in Weston, by far. Everyone is very helpful. They took great care of my road bike. I made an appointment for service, dropped off the day before and had the bike ready by 3 o clock on the day of the appointment.
I bought a mountain bike from them when they were at the old location many years ago. I bought a nice bike helmet from them today. Very nice shop.

Alex s Bicycle shop got my Madone up and going better then ever! The price was fair, it was completed early, and everyone was very friendly. I am so glad I brought it there instead of Trek.

I bought a hybrid mountain bike, outfit, accessories and a four bike swivel rack for my Jeep SUV. It s so nice being around like-minded people who are so passionate about cycling. Was in the market for a new bike last year and while we did not end up purchasing from Alex' as we went with a brand they didn't carry, they were incredibly knowledgable, attentive and professional (even when I told them I purchased from another shop). Love the bike, did not like the service I received from the other shop. I recently needed a vintage tandem bike serviced and again used another local shop for this service. I paid a lot for the work but emerged with non-working brakes and an unattached fender. Once I got it home and realized these things were not fixed, I took the bike back to the other shop and was told these things were unfixable. (Actually was also told that the rims were too clean on the bike now and once they got dirty, the brakes would work). Finally took the bike to Alex's. In two minutes, they assessed what was wrong and they immediately set to fixing what the other shop did not. They repaired the brakes, attached the fender, fixed the front and rear pedals as they weren't synchronized AND they ordered a kickstand that is appropriate for the size of the bike. They did this all while I waited, charged me a fraction of what I was charged at the other shop, and then three of their employees happily put the bike into my vehicle. I'm not saying that none of the other local shops are good. What I am saying is that my experiences with Alex' has been nothing short of fantastic every time. This shop is wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Just bought a new mountain bike at Alex's - consider myself lucky to find the perfect one these days. They got me set up on the new Spark and even helped me get my old Scott patched up to have handy as the "spare". Really appreciate all their help!
In town for a week and first ride I lost a screw out of my cleat. Stopped by and they cheerily handed me a new one. Wanted to change out the pedals on a bike I got from a friend on my way here but wrench didn't have enough leverage. Talked to Alex and he said come in. He quickly changed them out as I waited at no charge. As i waited, 3 staff members asked if I needed help and everyone was properly masked. Thanks, Alex!
Awesome place! Knowledgeable, professional staff with a no pressure sales approach. A good amount of bikes and accessories to choose from or you can order your custom build.
I have had a general tune up and a full fitting (new bike), both experiences were great. They delivered on time with top shelf service.
