ive bought aquarium co=op's coarse sponge filters which are the best on the market, and less expensive than some standard sponge filters. the customer service is well above average, shipping is fast and reasonably priced. what else can i say, but a GREAT COMPANY!!!

Nicely design store with a pretty good selection of fish. Fewer dry or retail products than expected. If you ask the staff they will let you feed the puffer fish Murphy calm until he is so full he has to sink and rest at the bottom of the tank

Yes the staff are helpful but 3 out of 6 fish I got from them died because of ich which I know was not my problem because I got other fish from aquarium Zen which survived I got them both on the same day.

Easy green fertilizer worked amazing also bought a fluval fresh and plant 2.0 for my 60 gallon. Plants are going crazy with the two paired together tank is filling in great.

Its the Co-Op, of course they are great and do a great job at providing customer service and getting things to you on time. The Fluval 3.0 is awesome, finally dialing in for my plants that my staurogyne repens is carpetting nicely. Easy green is perhaps the best fertilizer on the market with growth seen daily.

Hands down, Cory and the Co-op in my opinion are one; if not the best source out there. I found the Co-op out of chance when I started back in to the hobby after nearly two decades as something cool and scientific for me and my youngest daughter to bond over. Now we have two aquariums up and running (80 & 30 gallon) for nearly a year; with a third (150 gallon) in the planning stage. Wither your looking for tips and tricks, lessons learned; Cory the Co-op and Guest's have something for you. Heck I even got my brother up and running with a nice 20 gallon we have just started. To close; I have never been disappointed with any product purchased from the Co-op and always find myself coming right back for more. Love getting all of my aquarium products here. Everything I've gotten has been amazing all my plants always come in great and they only sell products that they themselves would use which is amazing.

Site is easy to navigate. Easy to check out. Prices are competitive. The July 4th special prompted me to go ahead and order up for the next few months. Always a good experience with Aquarium Coop.

I do not live in the area and have not been to the store but i wish i did so I could haha. I made a purchase online and ordered the quarantine medication trio. I was surprised how fast I received my package. I normally have to wait a week or so when I order from other places, but I had my meds in 2 days and they were packed beautifully :) . I was able to save my fish which is HUGE plus. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do and all of the information you provide! I really appreciate it and so do my fishies!! Every time I have purchased supplies and plants from Aquarium Co-Op my order has arrived within a few days in excellent condition. The plant quality is better than I find in pet stores.

Excellent selection, and better service. I placed an order and accidentally auto filled the address to the wrong location. I left an email early in the day, and they replied wishing the hour then and for each response. They were quite helpful and friendly. Have before and will continue to shop here.

I have not had the privilege to visit the store in person, but I have ordered online. After 3 orders from the Co-Op, I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the plants and equipment as well as the streamlined website and fast service. Not to mention all the help given via the YouTube channel and blog posts. As a newbie to the fishkeeping hobby, The Aquarium Co-Op is a vital resource for both information and products. I would give 6 stars if I could.

TESTING! I love aquarium co-op because they do all the testing for me! They test and double test the products they sell to make sure the consumer gets the best of the best. Talk about quick, too! I placed my order and within thirty minutes I received a USPS confirmation number of my shipment!!! HOLY COW! That was fast.

I purchased two Marimo Moss Balls from Aquarium Co-op and I must say that they are gorgeous. They came in two days which was really fast because I live in Miami, Florida and it was shipped from Washington state! That is fast service in my opinion. When I unboxed the Moss balls they were perfectly green and fresh looking. The quality was superb. I recommend anyone to order from Aquarium Co- op, as a matter of fact I just purchased some Ez Green for my aquarium plants and I can t wait to try it out. Great light-Fluval Plant 3.0 (36")
Read a lot of online reviews about lighting before purchasing especially PAR values. Cory's reviews helped greatly. I have a 135g freshwater planted tank (24" depth) so even though it's low tech plants (no CO2), I still need good light at 24" depth (using two 36" lights to span my tanks 72" length). This light does the trick. The new bluetooth app to control the light from my phone and the waterproof/resistant rating/Fluval-Aquarium Co-op warranty sealed the deal for me. It's not the brightest light you can get but perfect features for what I needed. Aquarium Co-op customer service second to none (could track order progress whole way and arrived quick/safe) and Cory's reviews/info awesome. Keep up the good work!

Epic aquarium store with amazing fish, plants, and supplies. Their shipping is super quick and they also have an active YouTube channel with tons of educational and entertaining content for fishkeepers.

The best shop very knowledgeable staff family friendly store for anything freshwater the have rare fish that you wont see at other fish store this is not you run of the mill fish store they are shattering the typical fish store definition and there plants for aquariums is out of this world ... The products from aquarium co-op are great. I purchased online and my order came in well packaged and super quickly. The plants I got (moss ball and baby tears) came in perfect condition. I also got a nano airpump and sponge filter with an airstone and they were super easy to install especially if you follow Cory's videos (available both on the website and on youtube). The rest of the products also seem great! I am so happy I got to support such a caring and ethical business my fishies are also happy. They were also kind enough to send a sticker which looks great on my fishy box! Highly recommend the store!

Wow, talk about customer service through the roof!! Our clerk Thatch (aka Kaitlyn) was SUPER helpful, informative and patient with us aquarium newbies. My wife and I just inherited a 240 gallon aquarium, one that was already built into the wall of the home we just purchased in Edmonds.

We've never had much experience with anything beyond guppies and goldfish as kids. So to say we were slightly overwhelmed at the prospect of taking care of all the various fish and plants properly right off the bat, is putting it mildly.

We were beyond thankful at how helpful she was, even suggesting we run home and bring back samples of our tap and aquarium water for inspection (which we did). She provided us with expert analysis right on the spot, and easy to follow feeding and tank maintenance instructions. I mean, our learning curve is pretty huge at this point, but she was so patient and thorough! Thank you, Thatch!! You are THE go-to for our aquarium needs from here on out!

I ve been using a number of the common independent online aquarium/aquatic plant supply stores and I keep coming back to Aquarium Co-Op, partly because of Cory and the team s great information - especially the podcast and YouTube channels, but no less because of the quality of the plants. I ve been really happy with what I ve received, and it s reassuring to know I could call if there were a problem.

First off, Aquarium co op is a top notch outfit. Cory's videos are simply the best for honest and informative info. The website is super easy and we'll put together. And I purchased for the very first time, a bunch of live plants and they are awesome. They came super healthy and quite large. Not was I expecting. All the plants are doing great. I am not a experienced with live plants , but the education I received from all cory's videos helped tremendous. I'll never go anywhere else.

Great online store very helpful group of people wish I could order fish off the website. Vlogs and YouTube posts are extremely helpful for any freshwater fish keeper. Fast shipping and quality products. Have not had to return any products but have heard good things about it. Great help when struggling or curious on products very knowledgeable about the hobby.

I ordered some plants for my 29 gallon aquarium. A couple of stem plants, some dwarf sag, and two lily bulbs. The two day shipping turned into 4 day shipping due to the nightmares ensuing at the postal service, however every plant I received, shipped an extra two days and in extremely hot climates, was still alive and green when it reached my door. Everything is planted and getting settled! Can t wait to see how the new easy green fertilizer I purchased works on my plants as well!

This is hands down one of my favorite stores.... Notice I did not even specify aquarium supply stores... Fantastic, knowledgeable, not pushy staff can guide you or just leave you to your shopping. I live over and hour away and I do not hesitate to drive all the way here when I need fish, plants or supplies.

This Sponge filter is the sponge that could. I put 2 large size sponges for my 75 gallon and i couldn't be happier. I was able to place a smaller hob filter rated for 60 gallons which keep the tank sparkling.

I would like to share my experience with this company. I ordered liquid fertilizer (famous Easy Green), after two business day package was at my door. I opened a package and to my disappointment plastic cup of the bottle was cracked and solution spill out in to protective bag( very nice air tight plastic bag). I contacted theirs consumer service just to let them know that something like this can happened , so they can consider maybe adding extra padding to the package. Extremely polite employee answer to me within a minutes, being so sorry for what happened, she said that something like this is happening very rarely In the next sentence she informed me that they are preparing new shipment with same product right now. New bottle of Easy green reach my house two days later. That was such a nice surprise , because I wrote email to the them, not to demand new product ( I was able to recover probably 90% of solution due to nicely seal plastic bag) but to let them know about this damage to theirs product happen during transit. This is professionalism to the highest level. Thank you Aquarium Co-op

Great little fish store, a lot of inventory. The fish I purchased were very healthy and happy, so much so that the Black Rams spawned in less than a week in their new home.
I also love the coarse sponge filters. I have one in all of my 9 tanks. I like that I can add an airstone to them to improve the efficiency. They are also easy to clean.

Love the Aquarium co op seems to have just about everything i need i cant find reasonably. Shipping is fast, my only drawback is its usps, of which has a very poor history of on time delivery, delivering to wrong addresses or just plain ole loosing the package for a few days..wished they offered anither shipping service of which I would gladly pay for..free shippings nice but not when you get the headaches of the usps..

I really like these airline connectors. The connecting holes are bigger then the usual one thus causing less of a bottle neck.

I bought some plants from Aquarium Co-op. I'm very impressed with the speed of the crew getting the plants ready to ship. Not so impressed with the shipping company just letting it set for a day or two before acting. Anyway, the plants arrived in fine shape. I LOVE the sponge filters they have. They have a nice weighted bottom on which they stand with nice stability.
Their Catappa leaves are top quality! Not full of holes and crumbly like I've gotten from other places.
