Coolpad phone factory service THEY DO NOT HAVE.A SERVICE DEPARTMENT is NON EXISTENT. be.careful with your phone. I've had.my phone.2 months on payment plan and.I barley tapped my phone screen and it shattered. I'm willing to pay to replace the screen. But BOOST MOBILE AND.COOLPAD DO NOT OFFER AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTERS.

Absolutely horrendous. Phone less than 3 months old suddenly stopped charging. Sent it in for warranty work over a month ago and there is STILL no status update, no loaner no replacement. I filed a complaint with my atty general and the BBB today.

They do not support their equipment. If you are unfortunate enough to be fooled about a free tracker from Sprint don't do it. It fails to stay connected past a few hours so you have to reset it daily. It has a proprietary charger that if you break/lose you cannot get unless you go to the sprint store. Called CoolPad directly and they said in order to get a USB I would have to RMA the whole device? There is no way they can get the warehouse to send a USB. Read the other reviews about the RMA process I didn't want it fixed I needed a USB and they wouldn't find a way to send one. I also like how they don't even know their products. One employee said to me buy it on Amazon as if she didn't know the tracker uses a proprietary connection. Now the tracker is 50 bucks and Sprint thinks its worth to charge 20 dollars for it. No thank you, used my tracker as a baseball and whats left is in the trash.

It has been 3 months I am communicating this company over the phone and via email. It is worse warranty company, and never they answer. It is trash company, and trash cellphone. Worked less than 3 months, and when I sent to company for repair, they were not able to fix it and returned back the same condition. worse phone and worse company.

Bought a Coolpad Surf that had password authentication issues. Spoke to Coolpad's outsourced "tech support", which wouldn't be a problem IF they had actual tech training to do their job. But Francis did not, and at one point, I even asked him "You're reading from Help Desk, aren't you?" (He confirmed this.) He also refused to transfer me to a supervisor and kept telling me to access the Internet, despite my telling him more than FIVE times that you cannot access the 'net if you don't have the correct password. (This is a known issue and I have tried every password associated with this device found in the poorly written manual and online manuals as well. All of them fail.) So now I have a device I paid for and can't use.

I have tried to call the warranty department for weeks. I finally get a hold of someone and the undertones attitude in which they try to SOLVE your matter is disgusting. Never purchasing this phone again. Oh and hi Jericho Rep ID 4576.
