Very helpful, friendly staff. The selection is fabulous at this location. You find something you like and can see and try it on in the size you need in all available colors! Unique and satisfying shopping! I'm hesitant about on line because of sizing...this is a great answer! A great product that saved me on my last vacation from the sun hives I've always gotten traveling! Costa Rica daytime was possible for me to enjoy!

Will not be a return customer. Online order site was dicey. My order placed as shipping next business day (not by my Intention) and then unlike other online order sites, no email was sent asking to review order for correctness. Contacted Coolibar customer service within 10 mins and was told "sorry, no recourse" and "we did not choose it (shipping method). Definitely not a pattern to set for Customer Service. This caused my item cost to double. No Love lost...plenty of other companies to deal with. Buyer Beware.

Made our first order from Coolibar at our dermatologist's suggestion. We are moving our family to the country of Jordan this summer and my son and I are especially fair. We received our items very quickly and love them. Hats, bathing suits, shirts and leggings-- we ordered a little of everything. Sizes run just as they describe, large is large (not medium/large like other clothing manufacturers sometimes lean small) lots of extra space. My 8 year old son LOVES his Coolibar sun shirt so much that he is wearing it around today when it's 12 degrees and snowy!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Absolutely love their merchandise - cool, comfortable and perfect for traveling! Their prices are high, but you get what you pay for. You just can't get things like their sun sleeves elsewhere. I've only gone to their retail store so far since it is so close.

No longer a returned customer. First , place the order in Aug, didn't received until Nov, with the tracking, nothing was logged in for over 2 months, and then they told me the package sending overseas take up to 3 MONTHS !!! with the FIRST CLASS MAIL ??? instead of investigate or compensate me. They Replied me and said I got a Great price. I noticed on the color products the material got worn out badly for gentle wear,( fully understand there will be general wear and tear in all kind of garment ) But I was shook when how much material got faded out. not sure if I still got sun UV protection. Doesn't shown on the Light color like white. Check all your toolbar item and make your own judgement.

Excellent customer service. They ran and got items from the back that were in my size. Pricing was the same as online at Amazon.

Very knowledgeable about sun protection, friendly staff and they have high quality clothes that are cute
