This place is a JOKE. The so called "manager" in Claims is Anita and is very unprofessional. She tells her "team" to rush through the claims and get them out the door. Its numbers only and NOT quality. That is why A LOT of providers are not paid correctly including the wrong provider being paid. She turns people against each other; Example new people come out to the floor and processing they said 150 claims a day and older people are processing 80-85 and the she wants to know why these new people are beating us. Sorry but didn't know this was a competition. The older people are processing correctly. HR does nothing when we complain about her or the process. This company will be going downhill due to their process and leadership and it could all be avoided if HR steps in. And talk about manager and her side kick Keva Brown they go through claims of the employees there and talk about them. First off I believe employees claims should not be processed by us at all they should be sent out. But talk about everyone knowing your business those 2 people knows and tells and then the Trainer Ryan, is sleeping with everyone on the claims department including Keva who is married. Just a joke. IF the owner of this company wants to save it he needs to really start talking to people in claims and including ones that were fired and or left. Complaints have been sent to the insurance board on this company....

Continental Insurance LIED in their response to my public post!! I do have their insurance and their insurance card!! This is the worst company and is not INSURANCE!! IT IS A DISCOUNT COMPANY!!! Worst coverage EVER!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This company took over $2,278.00 only to just $50 of a medial bill! I am so glad I cancel your services and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER!

Many of these Google reviews are opposite of my experience with this organization. I've had coverage through my employer with Continental Benefits for about six months now, and I'm very happy with the service I have been receiving - particularly their TopCare offering! I highly recommend Continental Benefits.

These people are not lying. This is a big mistake. I finally cancelled my plan because nobody in my area recognized who they were. Nothing that was said to have been covered was covered. I am not an employer, I am an individual. So unless there's a fraud company out there, this has got to be the one. I have paperwork and an insurance card with their symbol and name on it that I am keeping on to just in case it ever comes to court. I wish the people who have been scammed all the luck in finding an insurance company worth having.

Many had a lot of hope in this TPA company in Tampa, FL. Due to COVID heard the company recently had a large layoff with many longtime dedicated employees from Leadership, Directors, Management and below and probably more to come before they possibly are no more. It is unfortunate and very sad to many but understandable as a TPA is only as solid as its clients who can pay them. Many clients and business are struggling during Covid times. Florida has the worst Unemployment benefits pay in the USA. How can anyone live on a max of $1,100 a month for only 3-6 months without a job? Just horrible. The only good thing is that since this is Covid related and happened during this time EVERY former employee who applies for Unemployment can also get the extra $300.00 a week help from the Federal Government until it ends. The company was always poor with the lack of communication unless you were in certain favored clicks which explain why many former employees started leaving the company 6-8 months ago from all areas and all knew the company was losing and was unstable because of Covid. Feel bad for the small number of existing employees as they are going to be overwhelmed and Mentally and Emotionally stressed probably causing them to leave much sooner than later. At least they kept a comedy 101 manager to tell jokes because she does not know much of her real job as she relies on help from everyone else. However, as a plus she speaks so fast that they could use her to auction the company and have it sold in a second without knowing any terms. Most all of the rumours for the past year or two denied by the manager and Senior VP of Operations ended up being true. The CEO was the only positive plus there in leadership. Very sad and hurtful news and times.

I can't speak about Continental Benefits (CB), but Marpai Health has recently taken over CB. My experience with Marpai Health has been great. Jeff and Steven have been excellent at answering my questions, updating my member ID, and getting me my refund when billed incorrectly. After reading these comments, I hope people will distinguish between Continental Benefits and Marpai. Marpai is who my employer chose to use, and I have been overall happy with them.

This is NOT health insurance - it is a "savings plan." Do not let them mislead you. I tried cancelling months ago and they are still charging my card through various "benefits" companies that have no contact information available. I was completely scammed!
