I was totally new to the home buying process and wanted to see where I would start IF I wanted to buy. The person I spoke to (Sergio) knew that I wasn't set on buying, just looking into it and wanted to know more. On my first phone call with him, he pulled a HARD credit check WITHOUT telling me. When I saw that it lowered my credit I was infuriated.
