I am an employee here at this agency and I love working here and being a part of the team

Poor staffing and agency big on covering up stuff. Lie on paper work, staff had threaten me and accused me for stuff they did also tried throwing me out without a place to live. And never called me back as they say they were going to do? BTW I'm doing very great. They stole money from me. And they get away to easy they should be shut down!

Staff is there for you 100% Jennifer Kevin and Hanna along with Danny Shawn & Akieel. These guys rock. And the house is comfortable. Single n double rooms. Buy your own food or donations. Am n pm meetings plus outside CCAR meetings. They really do care. Thanks Continuum for helping me when I couldn't help myself.

Continuum has some of the most dedicated, compassionate, and skilled staff I've ever seen. They care so much about the people they serve. I've seen employees spend their own money to buy clients some basic things. I've seen them work on their own time to help out someone in need. The compassion and love permeates the programs, but so does the skill. I've heard so many success stories from clients about the the staff and the programs and the successes they've achieved, even after years of failed attempts by other programs. It's an amazing place.

They really do not help their clients at all. The staff is rude. There is no transparency and their housing has a rodent infestation. All the staff have nasty attitudes and they are very slow to correct problems in the housing and case management. All the staff are entitled and have little compassion for their clients. One of the buildings has several fire code violations. And they rip the residents off with the high rent that does not match the quality of housing. Would not recommend anyone living there unless you like dealing with bed bugs and mice. The roomates dont keep the place clean and some of them can be violent. THUMBS DOWN.

I ve been an employee for 11 years. I ve met great people and serviced even greater clients! The company has been good to me!! Cheers to another 11 years!!

Continuum of Care is a wonderful place to work. They train your completely, and management is extremely supportive.

I've emailed them two weeks ago about one of their staff stalking my social media. The staff is also drinking and exchanging money with one of her clients even though she's supposedly his councilor. No one at the site is getting back to me to confirm she works there (she reports in her linked in profile that she does) and if she does, then I don't recommend this company. It's extremely unprofessional and unethical and they do not further investigate when their staff is demonstrating in appropriate behavior.

Today (11/21/19) Continuum of Care, Lisa, Dave, and Jessica, did not let me know that there would be one to meet my special need child at the after school. He s not able to be on his his own.
I emailed them throughout the day to assure someone would be there and they never got back to me.
This is a terrible company. I will be filing a complaint.

This job pay very well but as far as working for them is the worst decision I ever made the co-workers are just as bad and act like high schoolers the management team and higher ups are very unprofessional there was a false allegations placed upon me during the holidays and they took that and ran with it now my kids are without but besides that the houses are unorganized there are no team work it every one for there self management constantly changing and they don't stand behind you
