Below average company because this company doesn't have branding and brand value.

1st- HR round, 2nd- written test based on basic accounting and journal entries, 3rd- managerial round. Once I completed all the round then manager told me you got selected after that I asked, when is my joining she said we will let you know later on but they did not send me the offer letter nor any confirmation. Then after 7 days I called the HR she said manager rejected you and given me the correct information whatever she was having. Managers take interview just for timepass. Bad company..plzz don't waste your precious time specially job seekers.

What a company !!!!. Really good n healthy environment

Being an employee of this company I would say that the work culture and the amount of freedom they gave to their employees are not common among other it companies.

Very silent environment and strange place. Harder to find the place

One of the worst companies headed by an unprofessional man named Nitin Pai...I have attended interviews here...The hiring manager kept me waiting and interview happened after two hours of the scheduled time...Then the second round was with the Operations Head Nitin...Really unprofessional of him to keep me waiting again for two hours as if he is the only busy man on this planet...No technical interviews nothing...No feedback provided...After many days of follow up, you are informed that you are not selected...Reason: You are not from the native to where Nitin belongs...Guys if you ever get an interview call from this bogus company just disconnect the call as this person named Nitin will never hire you unless you are from his hometown...

It's an awesome company to work as a fresher and the work culture is too good .

Its a good company also people working their are very nice but the only problem i faced there was their recruitment process. It takes too much time and patience they have 7 to 8 stages for cracking their interview and it takes almost 10 to 15 days to end.

Useless organisation...Went for an interview here...The interviewer made me wait for 2 hours...He did not even have the courtesy to come and meet me once...Avoid this company at any cost...

Worst place, dictatorship in management. If you want to spoil your career then join the finance team by Vinay Seth..unprofessional man who will do all sorts of politics and supported by Mr .Nitin Pai.. Please don't join there advice for experienced professionals.. Your job is insecure there..

Even one star is more for this company. In my opinion it's the worst company. Joining here is a waste of your talent. A suggestion for experienced and Freshers never join this company. Being an ex-employee it's my humble suggestion to anybody who is planning to join here. People at management level act like they have concern for your problems but in actual they are not at all bothered for employees problem. Head and management people are good actors. Out of all head deserves the best actor award. Maintains his consistency in acting. No job security. Guys never join this bogus company. Worst to the core and peak.

Good Company to work for fresher's...Good Pay...Good Hike... Supportive Teams...leads and Managers..

The interview process is a bit long and can take nearly a month to complete all the rounds as they call u to attend each round after a week.

You will have a chance to learn multiple things, it might be hardship if someone feels like they don't want to involve in multiple projects and taking a few extra responsibilities.

After attending 3 round of interview, I was informed that I have got an interview with the VP which was yet to be scheduled.
Since I did not received any calls, I called the consultancy which refer me to ContinuServe. At first I could not believe my ears when the consultancy HR said that I am too good that they don't want to lose me, however, they are looking for a male candidates. I was like whaaaaat???? What is it that a gentleman can do & a lady cannot do in an organisation @ContinuServe ????
It happened somewhere around Nov 2018.

Worst place. You know. You know is the word we get to hear thousand times you know. If I knew why would I join. Instead of naming it continuserve name it sleeping serve. Because it's best place to sleep for higher authorities. Any homeless people who wants a place to sleep should definitely join here. No ethics no policies just you know. You know I don't know what to say. You know haha I don't know. You know. No it's gonna be Uno. You know now. I think you definitely know. I feel I should write more so you know what I know. Wanna spoil your carrier or waste your time you know that I know it's a best place.you know is particularly used by an actor. Most senior and head of CS. Experienced professionals please do not join. It will be a loss to your talent because they don't care about integrity. If you are truthful in job you will be thrown out if you speak against it you will be threatened you will lose job. Late interview procedures n no clear results bad experience

Small organisation, but you will learn here n number of things. This is the best place to learn and implement the things. To be honest this workplace belongs to those people who wants to do something in their life. Later at some age you will have good people management skills along with the technical skills. Both will go hand to hand. As far I have observed and analysed from my perspective really good company if you are having basic skills in database or development you can grow and learn here log of things.
