Wonderful! Took only 2 days to repair my laptop, and had it back in perfect condition! Fast, efficient, and great customer service. Would highly recommend. Great response time to solve 3 issues on 3 different machines,wife is very happy to have hers back running.

Good price, didn't totally strip the computer and made sure it was still working so I could take my computer away while they got the part in from oversees. The touch screen was not easily sourced so that took some time to get in.

Did an excellent job upgrading the drive on my PC to a Crucial SSD drive I supplied, and adding a Westinghouse Hard Drive plus a SATA 3 controller and installing Windows 10.

If you need iPhone 5S repair. This is the place to go. Took an extra day to get the parts in but Lovi let me know via phone to save me a trip. Once dropped off fast repair and couldn't be happier great customer service I will use them again and will refer anyone!!

NOT an Authorized Apple Service Provider. I was told by APPLE CARE (0800-MY-APPLE) that PCHeroes are not authorized and 'that is probably why your phone is broken'.

Awesome and very friendly service , Danie guy sorted our home wifi issue within hour . our home wifi connection was not stable . it was keep on disconnecting after a minute or so .He changed the filter and setup a new modem with the high range wifi connectivity .much more i can control much more things over the wifi Specially kids security etc .These guys are real heroes . Thanks heaps PCHEROES . Will recommend them to all . Thanks once again .

Poor customer service, time frame promises not kept and unwilling to commit to service levels. Would not use or recommend. possibly a case of too much work, not enough internal organisation and not knowing how to change.

I never leave reviews, but we left our laptop here with a broken fan.. And it came back better than ever.. All the little glitches that we had learnt to live with were all gone, it's like we have a brand new computer, way above and beyond what we expected, highly recommended these guys.. Thanks Heaps
