The best place for industrial products. Great service very personable the company manufactures their own chemicals which are of the highest quality especially right now during COVID The technical expertise of the sales people really shines through they not only care about making sure you get the right productbut also work with you on getting it on time and working your orders in with the company's production schedules they will take any order no matter how small or how big they have helped me design and work out entire maintenance shops on brand new facilities that I was building they work with me on a nationwide level. They can do any type of chemical food grade or otherwise they can do any type of tool they even work out a portable tool shop for me once that was in a modified shipping container no job is too big or too small for this great company
This company is under new Management from the very top, including the CEO and Director Level. It is on the right path once again and remains a leader in specialty chemicals. Many of the sales force have earned a six figure income in less than 3 years, and more than half of the sales force have been with the company for over ten years.
This company may have some specialty products but the management is awful and so is the customer service. Tommy Epstein Jr. is the most incompetent person there. I have seen 6 different sales reps in the last 2 years. They must not treat their employees very well with that kind of turnover. So, imagine how they treat their customers. I rarely get the right product for the problem and they have sent me gallons of a product when I didn't order that much. They sent me a product that made the problem worse and they told me it would take care of it. I'm a city employee and this was unacceptable. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY!
