Inchcape Shipping Services , Dubai , UAE Review

Would not recommend Inchcape to anyone and if you do use them expect to get your goods at least six weeks later then they tell you. Make up time scales to get business and are not honest. Told us initially end of April for shipping and after much complaining, getting ignored, dealing with multiple people and eventually shouting got our goods on sea 21st May. Then told us 10 days wait all in other side but will be over a month till we receive. No response to any complaints or explanation. Once you have paid do not expect any help or update on when your goods will be shipped.

Had to move at short notice to difficult accessible location out of 6 invites for quotes only 2 responded Inchcape shi[ping being the most competitive they won teh bid. Seemless experience including Roanne regular updates along teh journey. Also all fomralities were handled seamlessly. Will definitely use again in the future.

We shipped our household from Dubai to Lebanon, with door-to-door service. I see some negative reviews here but they is the complete opposite of our experience with Inchcape. The personnel at Inchcape were knowledgeable and professional, and helped us with each step of this complex move that required a lot of paperwork. We had enough goods to fill a 20ft container, and the total cost was low compared with other shippers we had contacted. Their crew came and professionally packed everything in one day, and loaded it up in a truck to send to the port the next day. Their estimate of time and cost was accurate, and at each stage of the process they kept us advised, and were immediately responsive to our inquiries. Our goods arrived with no hassles for us. Everyone at Inchape was super friendly, and their partner in Lebanon (BCC Logistics) was fantastic, showing up at our home with 10 people to unload and unpack all our goods within 4 hours. We highly recommend Inchcape, and wish all business in Dubai could be as well run and customer oriented as they are. Special thanks to Ms Roanne Arcangel and Mr. Safeer Musthafa at Inchcape for giving us their time and attention to make everything in this difficult move so smooth!

worst shipping line in the history of shipping lines. when u call them for their own container they have no clue. the receptionist has no clue who works at the company and what all departments are there. not just the reception they will transfer your line to 5 other people and still no one will have any clue who is responsible to containers and BL. And they are very rude as well.

I moved my household from Dubai to London, including big size furniture and electronics. The complete service was outstanding and excellent from door to door. Packing is superior, quality of work is perfect. Inchcape has really impressed me with their standards and quality

This company is totally unprofessional. I begged them to come do an inspection prior to giving me a quote to ensure all was accounted for in the packaging and shipping, but I was assured a list of items would be suffice. I ended up 4x the amount they quoted me for and the items were not packaged correctly. I specifically asked about my large art frame weeks in advance and they just taped 2 boxes together and wrapped it - of course it arrived shattered. The delivery was quoted to arrive 7-10 days after dispatch, the catch is that dispatch takes about 2 weeks. None of this went as planned and it was a huge disappointment.

I have got an excellent service with a competitive price compare to competitors. Very professional approach at all levels.

Brian Rodrigues is a star who dealt with our move from London to Dubai end of last year. I don t usually leave feedback for companies but due to Brian I am leaving this feedback. During the move one of the LED TV got damaged and Shamsher Shiekh took very good care of all the stuff and we got the money back. All in all everyone I dealt during this move was fantastic. I don t know the company very well but the team I dealt was out class. Thanks to my neighbour Aman in London who recommend Brian to me base his experience from Dubai to London move.
Planning to use them again and I hope my feedback stays the same

Very unprofessional!! it's been 2 months that I have been following up on my furnitures sent from France but they make alot of excuses and asks for more money when everything has been already paid then no one replies now, not even read your messages and ignores my calls.

Excellent service provided by them when I moved to Australia from Dubai. They packed all my stuff properly. Especially my smart TVs. A big Thanks to Mr. Brian Rodrigues for making my process of moving countries so much smooth.

We shipped our family belongings from Dubai to eastern Canada with Inchcape Shipping Services (our 40 foot container travelled 27,000 km). Every step of the way we worked with skilled, professional, friendly staff. We shipped 151 boxes of belongings and everything arrived in great shape (one insignificant chip in a mug). The shippers that unpacked our belongings in Canada commented that the wrapping was of excellent quality. We highly recommend this company's service in terms of quality, cost, value, service. Excellent experience in every regard!
