This company may have some specialty products but the management is awful and so is the customer service. Tommy Epstein Jr. is the most incompetent person there. I have seen 6 different sales reps in the last 2 years. They must not treat their employees very well with that kind of turnover. So, imagine how they treat their customers. I rarely get the right product for the problem and they have sent me gallons of a product when I didn't order that much. They sent me a product that made the problem worse and they told me it would take care of it. I'm a city employee and this was unacceptable. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY!
