A Consumind employee was able to make me a cheap offer over the phone. This is based on the current user numbers, which I passed on from my energy supplier Vattenfall, namely: - Energy: Normal: 3627 kWh and valley 2090 kWh = 5717 kWh per year. I have stated that I can supply around 3000 kWh on an annual basis with solar panels. I asked the seller twice whether the monthly amount that he charged me was based on 5717 kWh, to which he replied in the affirmative. Who can describe my surprise that he had concealed my own contribution from the solar panels in the contract: so 627 kWh Normal instead of 3627. When I listened to the conversation later, he had (I suspect on purpose) pronounced that number of 3627 so unclear that it was impossible to interpret. My daughter could not give any clarity about this either. That cheap offer would therefore become a cigar of its own ... So that looks like "false information; not Consumind, but Moneymind.

Approved by Consumind to extend Energiedirect's contract. We received an agreement on 3/27/20 with a term amount of 142 euros per month. With a reflection period of 14 days. To which we received an annual statement from Energiedirect on 4-5-20 with a term amount of 154 euros per month. The cooling-off period of 14 days has now expired, which means that the opportunity to look around for cheaper energy suppliers has expired. This should have been the other way around. First annual settlement and then conclude new agreement. Very disappointing!
