This afternoon had a very unpleasant conversation with an employee (Jelmer van het Zand)
According to him I was at the end of my three-year contract and prices had dropped so I automatically from my regular supplier would be transferred to energy immediately. He had to get all my data control. When I indicated that he found this strange, he replied that I was very suspicious and that he might speak out and that he would only call for my good. When I indicated that I did not want to switch, he said that this had already been done automatically from 1 June or July. When he asked about my bank details (strange if they already know everything) I ended the conversation. I do not want!!!!! switching and wishes not as aggressive to be approached.
