Don't make an apointment here just show up early.. They value walk ins more than appointments. Rude lazy staff

This place takes for ever. You see the workers behind the windows giggling and laughing and if you say anything bad or show your anger they treat you with sarcasm and if you really voice you opinion they will ask you to leave not service provided. It does not end their do not say anything close to threatening because technally you are on Mexican property and they could arrest you. It's a mexican counsulate and they treat you like you are in mexico. Lousy and slow service. Best of luck

I keep calling the number that they have for the fresno office but it only keeps ringing and no one answers but they hang up on you. I don't know if this is automatically done or what. They need a better number to call just for information and appointments only. Por eso estamos come estamos fregados.

The waiting time it s ridiculous what s the point of making an appointment arriving early at least 15 min when you get there they don t let you in until appointment time on the dot plus awful customer service the people sounds rude by the time you get to the window it s like seriously we have to wait at least 3 hours or more and plus deal with the bad attitude not good service at all it s ridiculous
