Avoid calling customers service. They re so rude. They the most nasty attitude people you ve could ever deal with. I called cause I have a question. The wait time was 40 minutes. When I finally made it through, the customer representative was so mean. She was yelling at me for no reason. It s was unbelievable that a business place could treat their customers in such manners.

I'm extremely displeased. They sent my registration to the wrong address, even after I triple checked to make sure I entered the right address. This is very unprofessional and now somebody else may possibly have my personal information.
i wish I can give them less than a zero. Is the worst place to go. Staffs are rude including the security officers. It broke my heart when a security officer mistreated an elder when she asked for his help in how to make an appointment online because she did not know how to deal with the technology. She even gave him her cell phone. The security officer refused to help and told her to go to her car and make the appointment. Both security officers were extremely rude. Words couldn't expressed the lack of customer services. If you try to call their office you will be an entire hour waiting for a person to answer your call and of course give NO solution. Everything is blame to the pandemic without them realizing that the pandemic does not incapacitate the staffs to become unprofessional, unpolite and lazy. By the way, I was not able to get my registration renew. They lie that they mail the form 3 months ago which in fact I received it 3 days ago. I was not able to make any appointment for registration renewal because according to the person I spoke on the phone (Angel) the appointment needed to be made 3-4 months prior. He also said "they are booked." Waste of time waiting on the phone for almost 1hr, waste of trip going to the office... total waste to deal with staffs in this office.
I have an appointment for 3:30 pm it is already 3:20 and I am number 50 on the line, this is ridiculous, do not waste your time coming to this office in this office
I went to the Gardens location to fix a incorrect registration that I ordered on their gorenew website. They were very helpful and was able to correct the mistake and give me an updated registration and a new decal. Terry was the supervisor on duty and I was at booth 16 and she was very helpful as well. Thank you for a job well done.
I hope you don't have an emergency! My wallet was stolen, and I needed to get a replacement license for a flight in 3 weeks. Well, there are no appointments for about 5 or 6 weeks... at ANY location. When I called for support, the response was basically... "well that sucks". The worst part is... if it were really about health and social Distancing, the Gardens Location actually has the ability to offer a DRIVE THROUGH option for people who need to pay taxes and such, which would cut the number of people needing to actually be inside the building. When the drive through was open, I never had to wait more than 20-30 minutes. Now it's closed and you need over a month to make an appointment and still have to wait an hour or so. But they seem a little less concerned about efficiency and customer service.
Tax collector needs to have better training with their staff with customers situations. It's ok to ask for help don't just assume. Customer service is not very great at the Royal Palm Beach location either. The police officer did a better job greeting the customers.
Update: This evening they finally posted a notice on their homepage that said the DMV is experiencing problems with their website.
Website for FLDMV has been "under maintenance" so cannot update a change of address on my driver's license and registration. Tried a number of web browsers to be sure it wasn't my computer. This has gone on for a few weeks that I am aware of. Waited on hold for over 40 minutes in order to be able to speak to someone about this, while making an appointment at a service center - soonest being 22 days out. PBC Tax office said its not their website but I could call Tallahassee to find out what is going on.
