I'm writing this on my dad's account. My Nonnie Denise Arzoian helped me open a savings account at Consolidated Community Credit Union, and they gave me $25 just to open the account. It's helped me learn to save and use a bank. - Ryan.

Brad Bacon was our loan officer and he did an outstanding job. Not only did he get things done correctly with no mistakes, which gave me great confidence with our loan, but he responded very quickly and was able to answer any questions that we had. Thanks so much for the professional experience and making it easy to get through this process.

I worked with Nick Hatield for my mortgage. As a first-time homebuyer he was incredibly helpful, guiding me through all the steps, and giving sound advice. My credit score was dinged due to a fraudulent unpaid cable bill. Nick was awesome, finding out the root of its bogusness and giving me advice on how to get it taken off my credit score. Nick was spectacular.

JUST the best. I switched over to CCCU from another CU I shall not name here. The difference between the old one and CCCU is night and day. Everyone at CCCU is genuine, skilled, friendly, and really easy to talk to. I've never applied for an auto loan before, but today Katherine N. walked me through the process and made it pain-free and simple. She's amazing at her job: super helpful and kind, and you can tell from her voice she she truly, actually cares. That matters to me, and it should probably matter to you, too. Even the atmosphere inside the CCCU building is welcoming and easy. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I love my credit union!

I have been with CFCU for ~17 years. They have always been amazing, great service, helpful, responsive. Brad is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help out the customers. He helped me with multiple home loans and refinancing. He was always open to answer questions and open for discussing about all the possible options to make a good informed decision. I never had to worry or stress about my mortgage loan closing in time or not. The bank staff are also amazing and ready to help out whenever I stopped by.

On Monday afternoon on 8/6/2018 I saw a tiny kitten running through busy traffic next to this bank. I parked and went to find him and the staff here saw him as well and a few of them where attempting to get him to safety. They gave him water and I got the kitten to the vet and ended up bringing him home with me and he is doing great as our newest family member.
Without the help of the kind compassionate staff of this bank, who knows what would have happened to our 6 week old kitten. They helped save an animals life and I can't thank them enough. Although I don't bank here, I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.

I've been a member since it was Jantzen Federal Credit Union. Now I have moved from The Big City but keep my account there. Customer service is excellent. Some of the larger Credit Unions lack the personal connection CCCU has. And I really support the member-owned idea, as opposed to for-profit banks (who seem to always be tweaking the rules and charges to extract money from their customers).

A proud member of CFCU since 1995, I am "Very Impressed" with Brandon Frankel, he has helped me with two mortgages. Brandon does a great job of communicating with me, each of my transactions with him were completely seamless. I recommend both Brandon Frankel and CFCU for residential mortgages without hesitation. I banked with Wells Fargo my whole life and then switched to this place. Night and day! The tellers are friendly and remember my family's names, and I have done complicated banking maneuvers here (like with guardianship bank accounts, getting a mortgage and other tricky stuff) and have always been pleased with the humane and friendly way they worked with the bumps in the road. There are plenty of nice people at Wells Fargo but they are not authorized to help you the way the folks at CCCU are. Plus they have little parties and they shred my sensitive documents. I love my credit union.

I have been a customer of this wonderful credit union for years. Everyone at CCCU is friendly and eager to help and prompt. Among their low or none fee banking transactions, loans and other services, they provide coin counter machine service to their members for free. Each of their branches have this free service. The National Banks do not provide coin counter service. If you chose to take your bag of coins to supermarket chains to use their machine, they will charge you 11% of your total.

I've belonged to other larger credit unions before this one and - although the atmosphere in them was certainly better than a typical bank - I found the loan services in the other credit unions to be exactly like a normal bank, relying in the end on standard algorithms.

This group was the only credit union (or bank) that I encountered where a single person worked with me from start to finish (no separation between sales and loan officer), and the only credit union that really took a careful individual look at assets, history, etc. So...I highly recommend them for both everyday banking and loans.

The CCCU mortgage department is top notch, and we'd recommend them to anyone looking for a well-established, competitive and trustworthy lender. Brad assisted us with the purchase of our new home, and he ensured it was a smooth and pleasant process from start to finish. He was prompt, proactive and reliable. We had also contacted our previous mortgage lender when shopping for rates, but not only did they offer a higher rate, they took longer and the communication was fragmented with multiple people which felt confusing and annoying. At CCCU though, it was a seamless process. Additionally, Vanessa was a great resource and eager to answer questions along the way too. Thank you Brad and Vanessa!

Our mortgage officer was Nick Hatfield and he did a fantastic job on our loan. Buying a home (especially in the Pacific Northwest) is a very stressful experience. There were plenty of obstacles we faced in a very tough market, but Nick was able to help us through everything. Our offer actually would not have been accepted had he not called the listing agent on our behalf - he really saved the deal! Additionally, he was very organized with the mountain of documentation that is required when you take on a mortgage. Nick's calm demeanor really helped us through a stressful buying process and we were extremely grateful for his help.

I stopped in to open an account for my teenager. Austin was so friendly, patient, and helpful. We never felt rushed, we got all our questions answered and he is now the proud owner of his own account! Thank you!

My mortgage loan officer, John VanLeeuwen, was kind and easygoing throughout my refinance. He was both knowledgable and patient with all my questions, and he kept me informed at each stage of the process as to what was needed and what would happen next. He skillfully estimated the total amount to borrow such that we ended up with nearly a zero balance at closing! I'm very happy with the service I received.
