The CCCU mortgage department is top notch, and we'd recommend them to anyone looking for a well-established, competitive and trustworthy lender. Brad assisted us with the purchase of our new home, and he ensured it was a smooth and pleasant process from start to finish. He was prompt, proactive and reliable. We had also contacted our previous mortgage lender when shopping for rates, but not only did they offer a higher rate, they took longer and the communication was fragmented with multiple people which felt confusing and annoying.
