Stay away from this business. Do not do business with them at all. These people will steal your money absolute fact. They sold $900 worth of my consigned contracted furniture Feb 7th 2020 and refuse to pay me. I filed Police Report for theft and am filling Small Claims against them. Would not return calls ignored me. They are thiefs. Do not consign with them they will steal your money. Do not do business with these people at either store. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.

Great experience. Luis was very attentive to us the minute we walked in. It was a great atmosphere and I recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for great deals, great merchandise, and an attentive staff. I also appreciate the delivery drivers. They were very professional and considerate.

Too expensive. Better dresser at Ikea for $69 and much better quality that was $149 at consignment for knock-off.

We cannot say enough great things about this store. Upon walking in there was absolutely no "musty" odor like other consignment furniture stores have. It was so clean and fresh. We were also so very delighted to discover that they also sell brand new furniture, in addition to consigning. We happened to find the perfect bedroom set and Craig was so great to work with. He was not pushy at all and just let us walk around and browse. After we got home we decided to get what we saw and loved. Judy made it a completely seamless and easy transaction by phone. Today the delivery was completed with probably 2 of the most professional movers we have ever had. Completely professional, friendly and extremely mindful of the care of the pieces being moved in and out. They accepted our old furniture on consignment and picked it up and delivered the new in the same truck. This business is a class-act and we will highly recommend them to anyone! Totally great experience from start to finish!

Great place. All the furniture is in excellent condition and prices are great. I've been looking for few weeks. Luis was great. He is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Helped me with living room set and kitchen table.

We went to lots of used furniture stores and this one has the best prices for really nice items! The staff is super helpful. We have purchased 6 items already and plan on going back until our home is furnished! They have 2
locations and we got great stuff at both.

I purchased a brand new box springs and mattress from them a year ago. I now have an infestation of bed bugs, box springs was totally infested and well as head board I purchased from them! Not a very happy customer!!!!

Furnished a couple of rental properties almost entirely from this place. Quality items, great art work, delivery, prices that can't be beat... but the best part is the staff!! Judy especially took so much time to make sure we had everything we needed. What a great experience. This is now my go to place for all things furniture and home decorating.

Trying to get my mother's furniture out and they show still closed. They told me they would charge me rent. Didn't intend for them to "store" it, to sell it and with the COVID mess, I would think they would let me have it back if I wanted it due to a change in my mom's health...

I consigned with this store many years ago.I had a sofa,love seat and some assorted wall items.Almost all of them sold promptly and I was paid.There was one picture left that did not sell.I was told to pick it up.I didn't bother.I figured that they could donate it.At least six months later I received a check.They did not have to send it because it was past my contract....but they did.
I just consigned another sofa and love seat.I am sure I will receive the same honesty as before.A business doesn't stay open for 34+ years if they are dishonest.

Greeting by really freindly, cheerful clerk. She listened to what i was looking for. Found the exact dining chairs I wanted. She helped me load them. Better quality furniture for a reasonable price.

Went with my daughter shopping for a recliner. There were a couple of them which would have met my expectations. First salesman approaching us was very polite, helpful, and considerate. A few minutes later, when I posed a question to the (old) man working the desk, he took it upon himself to start braying like a rooster talking down to a dumb piece of corn. I don't do well with MaleCPs. All of the prices were decent, furniture what is expected at consignment. I had no problem with the price quoted but I wasn't so sure that the chair he checked price on for me was "it". I am in my 70's and haven't groveled to a man since I was 25. We left without making any purchase.

The Manager Lou and his staff are friendly, helpful, and NEGOTIABLE! My mother bought an "L" shaped sofa for a great deal, had it delivered by two professionals the next morning, and it looks great in her home.

Are very friendly here and have a good selection of both new and used furniture. If you buy several items at once they're often flexible on price as well.

BEWARE!! The prices are good because they do not pay most of the people who consign the furniture. Please think twice before you decide to do business with these con artists. We made the mistake of consiging our sofa and loveseat here last year and THEY NEVER PAID US WHEN THE FURNITURE SOLD! BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE UNSCRUPULOUS. If you buy anything here, there is a good chance you are buying goods that were received fraudulently.. Stay away or you could possibly be charged as an accomplice to a crime. DO YOU WANT TO HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD? DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH CRIMINALS?

I thought very carefully before I posted this, because these are serious allegations. With that said, I definitely would not and did not make any false accusations. You as well as I know my statements are the truth. The only reason I posted is to protect the unsuspecting consumer. Maybe it's time to check your records a little better and pay the people you owe. Thank- you.

Super bad experience with them as a Consignor. I feel that owner Brian was not being honest and upright with me. His story just doesn't add up. I took a lot of home accessories, in addition to a beautiful solid teak wood side table, a set of 3 high end nesting tables and a pair of high end large French pictures. Three months pass and I hadn't heard from them, so I call them to get a status. Brian the owner tells me nothing had sold and that he was really surprised because all my stuff was excellent and that sales for the store were great overall. He mentioned that they had not even done a mark-down on my items yet either. I tell him I was surprised that nothing had sold, but no problem and that I decided I would be picking up my stuff. He tells me that Hillary the sales girl would call me once she gathered all my stuff. She never called. I call again and she tells me that Brian hadn't mentioned anything to her but that she will talk to him and call me back. Three days go by and she doesn't call me back so I call again and she tells me that all my high end stuff went missing and that she didn't have an explanation and that they couldn't find the high end items but swear that she had seen them there and that they didn't have any record of them being sold! She said she checked all records. Hillary seemed embarrassed and said it was all very, very weird but assured me that Brian was aware of the situation, that as the owner, that he should handle the situation and that he would call me back to make it right. Brian didn't call, few days later I went in person, Brian had an exceptionally bad attitude towards me and the entire situation. I was clearly upset by this time being given the run-a-round. He was rude to me and said he wouldn't talk to me because I appeared to have issues? Excuse me you are the one with issues and I want answers. He then gave me some story about how he had forgotten that he has this "ghost account" that only he has access to and only he manages and that he had apparently put the sale of these particular items on that account! He also miraculously remembered that it was Luis the other store owner that had sold them at a really cheap reduced price? Umm okay, so can I speak to Luis to verify this? Nope....you guessed it. Luis parted ways with them and is no longer an owner at the store, so I cannot talk to him. After going round and round with Brain, he shows me some computer printout sheet that has all my original items listed with the price they were listed at in type font, but these particular missing items had no typed price listed but rather a hand written cheap reduced price written in ink rather than computer type like the rest of the items? I pointed this out to him and I asked why this was and he said that it was a weird computer glitch, so he wrote it in! Bottom line, his story doesn't add up and he did not make it right. He so graciously decided that he would give me half of the "cheap reduced price" which would amount to $40.00 dollars for the nesting tables! Which I would have to wait for a check in the mail when they did their accounting for the month!! Remember he is the owner! Good grief! I have been both a customer and a consignor at this store for 20 years, way before Luis and Brian took over. The original owners were great people and extremely honest. They would be mortified! I am mortified. My thought is that someone in that store took them and that is why they can not be accounted for, they didn't just walk the door. Could it be they credited another consignor for the sale? Then tell me that they were marked down really cheap to get out of giving me half of what they were originally listed for? Remember he told earlier that they had not even marked my stuff down yet. I am going to demand that he show me proof that they were actually purchased by a customer. Next time I will donate items to a charity and get a write-off better than the $$ he decided to give me, which btw I have to wait for a check in the mail! Brian was dishonest.

Stay away from this place under new ownership and they play games. Bought last set from them customer service was great. This time owner said they'd resell or donate my furniture.When they came they couldn't get the old set out and damaged it.Then tried to charge us 100 per flight of stairs to remove. $300.!Then they said they'd take the new furniture back to the store after damaging ours. They then brought the new wicker set up damaging a leg and scratching all the arms and not caring. It wasn't wrapped! I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. When they came to repair they wanted to rub paint on with a rag????Couldn't figure how to replace arms.Told them to leave parts. RUN don't walk from this unprofessional place.They don't know how to run business.The whole thing was an nightmare.

It s hard not to love the experience at either Consignment Furniture store. I sold a bedroom dresser and table with the Clearwater store (closer to my home). It took a bit over a month for them to sell, but then I had a nice check sitting in the mail for me. Definitely a good price for my old furniture, and I m glad they found a new home.

I actually went back last week to look for a new dining room table and chairs. Unfortunately, I couldn t find anything at the Clearwater store, but the salesman and the manager both urged me to go to the St. Petersburg store and check out the selection there. So glad that I did, because I found a really nice dining set and paid a lot less than I had thought I would. It was a great shopping experience, and I will definitely be back the next time I need a style change in my home.
