Please please read your bill. They over charge for many made up fees. I was over charged 126.88. It took 2 months of trying g to get it taken care of. They are counting on people to not look at their bill. Fraudulent.

It's all in the name... CONservice. These people are running a con. They charge you 20 bucks a month to tell you how much you owe in rent every month. We didn't hire you, so why are we paying you?!

Such a POS company. They make it difficult to pay your bill without getting charged for anything. They don't care though because as long as their relationship with the Apartment Complexes are good that's all that matters to them.

This is the shadiest company I have ever heard of. It scares me how quickly this company is growing and how quickly they are taking over Logan. Unfortunately, in a town this small, job opportunities are slim, and many people feel they have no choice but to work for this company. Logan is such a beautiful place and has so much to offer. I just hope that in a few years time, Logan Utah doesn't become notorious for being headquarters to this corrupt company.

I wish I could leave less starts than 1. I can t get in contact with anyone, I can t use their website because it la freezing up and won t let me write them a contact email. I ve gotten below decent service. I think its incredible that they are so quick to respond to their employees leaving positive reviews but haven t responded to us customers that have had a negative experience .

I wish I could just quit using conservice! They've made it so you mandatorily have to pay online, which paying online never works! To pay online there's a $3 "convenience" fee but there's already a $6.50 service fee on top of everything else. I can't get a hold of anyone to help us with our online payment because it won't work and I'm stressed that because of that we're gonna get the $7 late fee. I advise anyone that if you see anywhere you're moving to has conservice to stay away! The only positive reviews are from people who work here.

I warned the customer service lady I would write a bad review if she didn t help me so here goes. We got our first conservice bill and we got charged 17.90 for rent plus, which when we signed up we were given that as optional and said we didn t want it. Well, they refuse to credit it back to us. All she could say is it wouldn t be charged in the future. I don t care if it s been sent through already, it was their mistake not ours. It s a shame that our apartment is paired with this service... if you hear the word conservice DONT DO IT!

Here's a breakdown of my first bill from Conservice. 84% of the bill was fees to Conservice. The remaining 16% of the bill was for the actual utilities I used. Wow.

I'd personally recommend avoiding any complex that uses Conservice. I would have much rather managed the utilities myself.

Fraudulant and inaccurate. They had electric charges to bills, which they should not be reporting anyway, but then they charge you for bills you already pay. If your company uses them, you should double check every bill. You've probably been illegally charged multiple times for bills you've already paid.

My water and sewer charges are calculated based on the square footage of the apartment as there is no individual meters..from last 2 months charges are getting increase +5 $ . i don't understand when they have increased the square foot size of my apartment..don't know how the water is measured using square foot of apartment. i want to pay for just the amount of water i used but not by square foot calculation..
1) so this means if 2 separate apartment of same size have 4 people and another have 1 person then for both apartment bill would be same.
2) If i go out of apartment for a month then still i would be charged same .. i don't understand i am charged for water or for the area of apartment....Totally not fair calculation.. 75$ for 975 square meter

I have had nothing but horrible experience with Conservice. Their customer service is the worst, they never do what they say they are going to do. Numerous times, I have been told that someone will call me back in two days and no reps have ever called me back in two days to follow up. Not to mention that their algorithm that they use to figure out rates is extremely high. It is ridiculous that they can't even accurately judge the fee of your utilities. Not to mention when they said they're going to do something they never do it. I have been told that they can't reach my apartment complex from months which is ridiculous, they just want to rack up utility charges.

This company is horrible with billing, mistakes are constantly made, you will be back billed, double billed & who knows what else!! Fees Fees Fees 5.95 to email you your receipt each month, 3.95 to make a payment with your checking account, unauthorized charge of 8.95 to report my monthly rent payments to the 3 credit bureaus. Previously used that service at another apartment complex and it did not do anything for my credit or help in anyway. All 3 credit bureaus claim that Conservice/Rentplus never updated them with ontime payments etc. Water Sewer and Trash for a 1 bedroom apartment is charging me 85.00 a month. Thats highway robbery considering that the exact same complex (sister property) 3 miles down the road charges 40.00 a month for WST. Someone call the BBB and have them investigate.

Here is a real review of someone who worked there for a year and a half. This company provides some cool ammenties such as sodas, listen to music, recreational table top games, lounging areas, variety in lunch options, and fulltime benefits. It is a straightforward company and you know how your day will look. Not too much variety if that is what you are looking for. You are generally stuck in 2 areas of type of work as entry level. Data entry or call center. Their expectations are fairly high not as high as other call centers however.

It's true you can move up fairly quickly depending on how well you interview. You are allowed to switch teams even if you have absolute 0 experience and be the team leader. Because of this a lot of team leaders are inexperienced and often learn with their employees below them. So a lot of questions as a team member are addressed by "let me look into it" followed by no response for days, "I'm not sure". Often these can be answered by fellow senior team members whom have years of experience. No wonder there are so many complaints from customers the team members don't know what to do because leadership doesn't either.

It's not a bad pay considering it's Logan, UT. It's a fairly secure job if you work hard at it so it's good for families. It comes with hardships just like any job out there. It can be difficult to work off a school schedule but you also got to understand the needs of the company as well. If you can't fulfill their needs then they won't hire you.

Overall it's an okay company to work for. Not exactly my cup of tea. Just not a fan of type of work. Its extremely difficult for someone like me who has ADD to sit and stare at a computer screen 8 hours a day. You usually either really love it here or really hate it here.

can we give negative stars? this place is 100% a scam. i signed a lease after to power company was closed for the day. turned on the power the next morning and i got a $50 charge. they said i could jump through many hoops to possibly get the fee knocked off but that would take up well more than $50 of my time. basically, they get away with ILLEGALLY charging people money. i get a charge because i signed my lease after the power company was closed for the day, how does that make sense?

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. The amount you pay is way more then it should cost and they nickel and dime you for everything!! My brother and I move into an apartment complex ran by them and and after two months we finally get a bill that has $150 in vancant renter charges on it even though we put the account in our name which also cost you money. This company is a giant scam, if you are looking to rent and the place is managed by CON-service do not rent there!!!!

So Conservice has been over charging my roommate and I for the past couple of months. We have tried to reason with them and explain why we believe we are being over charged (they say we have been spending over $240 of electricity between the two of us), but they neither listen nor care. When we ask a question, customer service skirts around an answer and just wastes my time for minutes at a time while never answering my question.

I have come to the conclusion that customer service has no clue what is going on or what to do. I have called multiple times with the exact same questions and they each respond with a different answer (I have their names written down; I should put them on blast for not having a clue on how to do their jobs, but you know what? The economy is tough).

Here are a couple of answers that they gave us when I asked about why we are getting charged so much:
1. The meter is broken. I have to pay a service fee in order for them to come down and look at the meter (another employee said that they physically cannot come and check the meter, that my apartment complex's maintenance team has to go check it).
2. We are being over charged because of two vacant rooms (makes sense; we can't control the water in the other two rooms nor could we control how hard the air conditioning unit is working in order to keep a larger apartment unit at a steady temperature), however, another employee said that it does not matter how many rooms are vacant, the utilities are still going to be split by lease (meaning my roommate and I are covering two vacant rooms utilities)
3. Some major appliance in the apartment is broken and draining our electricity, however, with the amount that we are being charged, it sounds like ALL of our major appliances are broken (which isn't the case)
4. Between two people, we are actually spending over $240 on utilities (which, makes no sense. I am a full time student (18 credit hours), so I am rarely home. I run on pure caffeine and energy drinks, I do not have time or money for groceries. My roommate works 40+ hour work weeks, she's only ever home to shower and sleep. How exactly could we spend that much power??)

Also, they were delayed in charging apartments for a couple of months, so they are charging us extra for that as well. Because of their mistake. Because that makes total sense. This has probably been one of the worst experiences with a company in my entire life. Besides the fact that 3 out of the 4 people that talked to me were super rude and condescending, the fact that no one could help me or give me a proper explanation is very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

So nobody knows what is going on! That has been my conclusion to this whole situation! I don't want to believe that the company is scamming my roommate and I, however, reading everyone else's reviews, it's a bit hard to believe something else. I would never ever recommend this company for your utility needs. "The Utility Experts." Really? Seriously? They're experts on stealing money. It's the only thing they're good at.

The fact that Conservice has 2 stars on Google surprised me, but not when I started reading the reviews. The only people who give them 5 stars are people who work for them, and I wouldn't be surprised if the company itself was forcing them to write fake reviews. That is the only reason they do not have 1 star.

Until this issue is resolved, I will leave my rating as one star (I wish I could leave 0 stars). If you would like to contact me, feel free to respond, I will gladly listen to whatever excuses you have, so long as my issue is fixed because I will not pay you $80+ a month for something as ridiculous as this.

Our water usage has been going down due to conservation efforts but our bills have only been going up. Found out that this is because they charge you an average based on the usage of your entire complex. And we get our bill multiplied because we're a family of four, with two of those being small children. We could use absolutely no water and we would still get charged for the water use of our neighbors. Ridiculous.

Terrible company, double charges past charges on previous months to current statements. Their accounting/processing department must be full of morons for the work that they produce. My complex has signed on with them as of August 2016 and EVERY statement they produce has some sort of error (from $10-300+ worth of errors). Customer service has been polite the several times I've called but it's always a game of "you must address that with your complex, not us" then get told that they were the ones who made the errors.

I live in Texas an in the past 3 months my bill has gone up i totally don't understand. Last month I wasn't even here nobody was here an yet my bill still when up. It's really shady that company scam you out of money. I hope you guy's fix this problem cause I'm not the only one. Remember being honest with youre customers goes a long way just saying. Moving into a new apartment, didn't get bill from Logan city. Instead this company takes over the charges of our water, sewer, and trash fees. 10 dollars for the accounting open fee, and charges $5.6 every month for their service. What?! We are adults and we can absolutely handle the bills ourselves! What's the point of a third-party company? OK, $3 for the convenient fee when you pay the bill (If you don't pay, you'll be charged $7 for the late fee) even if you use electronic check. The only way you can avoid this fee it to set up the auto pay, which means you don't have the chance to really talk with them about each charge. Also, they will charge you for the moving out fee. See? fees are everywhere.

The most ridiculous thing is, they told me the sewer, trash and water base fees are based on the whole community! Perhaps this is their business model: Logan city will send them a large bill for the whole community and they divide the bill to every apartment. This is not fair, since it has one bedroom, two bedrooms and three bedrooms apartments. And they refuse to tell you exactly how much the large bill is. I mean, we pay for the bills and cannot be told how much we should have paid? Nasty!

Conservice, if you want to reply for my review, don't tell me to call the number ( I'm not surprised if you dismiss this review) . I called and didn't get the answer, why don't you just post your response here so that everybody can see? Next time, if I know the apartment is managed by Conservice, I would absolutely avoid it at all costs.

Let me first start by stating that I do not have utilities with this company, and I do not live in a property managed by this company. They do however manage the utilities at the property two houses down from me.

I was working from home today in my home office, when some thing strange happened. The electricity was cut off to my house. With construction in the area, I thought that an accident had happened and it would be turned back in a hour. An hour went by, and I decided to contact my Utility service provider to report an outage. I was told that my account had been terminated. I was then told, in order to get the utilities turned on back at my residence I had to re-apply to get my utilities turned back on. Angry, I thought my wife had forgotten to pay the bill for the month because she handles this portion of the bills. So, I stopped what I was doing and drove the 20 mins. it takes to get my utility company. When I got there, every one I spoke to had an odd look on their face because it was not that my account was past due, it had been terminated by the owner. I explained multiple times I am the owner.

I was promptly shown that my utilities had been put into a company's name off 3LLC in Vermont on the 18th of August. I explained that had to be an error, because I'm still in my house. I was then shown an email from a "activation manager" from this company, that requested that the utilities be terminated at my residence because the property is not owned by the company and cut on the residence that the company manages.

I was able to get the utilities turned back on with no charge to myself. I then promptly left the "activation manager" a voice mail explaining my displeasure with the situation. I have sent her an email as well to get my point across. This is very unprofessional what happened, I lost 3 hours of work today ( that I now am making up after hours) and had two dogs in a house with no utilities. Thank the lord is wasn't 110 degrees outside. I am very unhappy with this situation, and I am going to make sure that my displeasure is known.

I launched a complaint with the property management, and with a couple of members of this company. The property management had no idea what to say, because they have never heard of this happening. It's a very unprofessional situation, and I should have received proper notice that my utilities were cut off.

I hate this company so much! My water sewer garbage is $146.00 a month! OUTRAGEOUS! My Apartment does not have individual meter so I'm getting charged regardless if I am home or not to use the water and I work everyday from 8-8 I hardly use any water but yet I get charged just like if I have extra 4 people living with me! Ugh.. So frustrating!
