I was looking for fun things to take my kids to when we went on a recent trip to Paso, and this popped up online. I knew it would be pretty cool for me and my kids, but nothing prepared me for how amazing the experience it was. We saw SO many animals one after the other, fed them, held them, interacted with them and learned about their care and interesting facts. Lisa, who owns the zoo with her husband, was so warm and inviting and we had the best time!!! I truly feel like it was a unique once in a lifetime experience and worth every penny. If I could give it a 10 out of 5 I would!!!

THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC ZOO. We went and walked around for a bit, which is pretty cool, there are a bunch of wild birds walking around. Once again, despite having the name ZOO TO YOU, you will not be any part of the zoo. THIS ZOO IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, IT IS A 'PRIVATE ZOO' which means it only opens to the public like two or three times a year. Don't just show up.
We went to Zoo to You expecting a petting zoo and were amazed at the incredible animals they have. Tigers, bears, cougars, monkeys, birds of prey, lemurs, alligators and so much more - almost 200 animals! We were blown away. And we learned so much too. Every animal had a story, a lesson and were beautiful! We took thousands of photos.

The kangaroo experience was awesome!! I actually got to hop around with the kangaroos. The whole team does amazing work and have rescued animals of all varieties (even some I ve never even heard of). The animals are very well taken care of, they are apart of Lisa and David s family and it really shows. I can t wait to come back and meet the rest!

It was really an experience of a lifetime. My grandchildren, my husband, and I were all smiles. The "Up Close Encounter" was so special. The only question? When can we visit again?

Great off the beaten path place to learn about conservation, animals, and get some nice exotic viewing and bonding opportunities and get in touch with some rare animals, especially for this area! Thanks for all your endless work and compassion guys! :)
I hope that everyone gets a chance to visit zoo to you! What a wonderful one in a life time experience. We appreciate everything that goes into keeping up this place and all the love and care for the animals. We took our family for my sons 4th Birthday and we Highly recommend!

What a fabulous, once in a lifetime experience! Animals are obviously well-cared for and loved. The up close, personal interaction with the staff and animals is truly amazing. Highly recommend!!!
