A very elegant hotel and well located to enjoy the city. The service is very professional and the reception is neat.

Nightmare at check in. Couldn't find my paid reservation. Had to book again. Claimed money back from my bank. No apology received. Nice breakfast service hence 2 stars overall.

The service is poor and they must repeat the call to the service to respond, and the cleaning service is tired

Large rooms
Nice view
Always ther my brother had injury and we ask for help but theytake time maybe 30 minutes

Negative:

-Long check in time more than 1 hr
-Its old they need to renew many things
-You can t bring girls its not allowed
- had problem with my reservation and My travel agent tried to contact the hotel from 20 to 23 am no one answer in reception finally I called and asked for night manager and he was very generous I appreciate him

Finally it s a good choice but I will not come back again I prefer to go to ferment hotel

Had a horrible stay!
Moved 4 rooms in 2 days because we were initially placed in a smoking room without being asked. All rooms reeked of cigarette smoke (even the non-smoking ones). Reception desk was chaotic (partially the guests fault), and the staff were undertrained and unprofessional.
Wouldn t recommend.

Very old furniture specially in Lounge, Also the test is very bad, and staff uniform was dirty, scratched and old

The hotel's staff are not cooperative with each other, which causes guests to delay check-out. There is no button on the hotel to communicate with the reception staff. Another section and this section in turn corresponds to the receptionists, at check-in is not taken any notes placed by the guest and if these notes are simple, the name of the hotel is very large and I hope to find better service

Luxurious place and respectable sophisticated treatment

Amazing place. With outstanding views. Literally some of the best views on Cairo. And the food is absolutely superb. Second to none. And the drinks keep flowing and are very tasty. The staff is super accommodating and friendly as well. And the place looks super luxurious and glamorous. And the rooms are very high end as well. I highly recommend this place. For tourists. Cause you'll be in the heart of it all.

We had the most amazing time and experience at the Conrad. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. In today s world where you have to be careful about anything and everything, the management really made sure everything was tip-top. We sat in the lounge till late and observed staff, spaying every serving tray, placemats and areas used by the guest. The food was excellent, service impeccable, staff friendly, rooms like home and the view was breathtaking. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend this property.

There is a lack of communication in Spanish WIFI DISASTEROUS and the final accounts in the BAD reception always in your favor. Now meals and attention in the Restaurant very good
