Don't stay here. I have checked in the room which smells like a gasoline. I asked the reception to change the room. They said it would be ready in 1 hour and leave a note to the next shift. 2 hours after there is no room, no note left to the reception and there is no room until 5pm. I am stuck in the gas smelled room. They brought the spray cleaner to kill the smell but I don't want to breathe chemicals in the air!! I want to check out.

I regret that Cairo is a difficult city to do on foot because the distances are very large, the traffic is chaotic and the language barrier is visible. It is recommended to take meals at the Hotel. The prices are very low despite being a 5 star hotel. The location is excellent. The views of the Nile River are indelible. It is recommended NOT to go in summer.

Dated hotel, I heard that other five star hotels are dated too, when we arrived at reception she looked at us as if we were Aliens, no sense of the word of customer service, no smiles, when she saw I was a gold member she looked down and said thanks for your loyalty, every staff member walks like a robot, all grumpy, if you don't say goodmorning they won't, unless they looking for a tip especially the cleaners on your level, there was a kitchen in the suite, however no knives no plates nothing was available to use, there was a second bathroom, the internet connection was poor, the health club and fitness centre was handy and in working order as well as the dry and wet sauna, the pool was a great area to be around, the breakfast became boring after a while, good quality of food though, mainly eating at the executive lounge as they told us don't eat outside food and then I was food poisoned. They don't really pay attention to detail, I feel for them as every other Conrad hotel was a great stay, maybe they need international management and not a local, so they understand the needs of foreigners, overall not worth $640 USD for a three day stay. I received an email from the manager asking me if I was to come again to let them know so they treat me better, there won't be a next time, you only get one chance in life.

The hotel is suitable for accommodation, prices are suitable and the view is beautiful on the Nile River but needs to be replaced by double fayes to trilogy

Excellent location in Cairo, the rooms have views of the Nile. The breakfast buffet is magnificent, the room is very spacious and with the appropriate services for a 5 star hotel.
The service is very friendly. No complaints, I would return without hesitation to the same hotel if I returned to the city

A very special hotel, a helpful staff and a 5 star hotel. I would like to thank the manager of the receptionist, Mr. Louai Sharq, for the good handling of the guests of the hotel. I thank all the crew. Also clean rooms. I highly recommend it.

Great buffet for breakfast. Spacious room Very large single beds. Plant 17 does not open windows, a lot of pollution.
