The hotel is good

Great hotel in Cairo for those used to comfortable travel. Great service. It has a restaurant-only floor, one with buffet, another with Thai and Japanese food and another with Arabic / contemporary food. Good sized rooms and decor not so old.

Edit: They have the worst customer service. Have called their customer service for 10 times reg a bill clarification. Every time it was getting transferred to Reception and no one was answering it. I hope there is really a customer service desk available there.

Old: Best place to stay when you are in Cairo. I got a nile view room on 19th floor and it was amazing.

Wonderful hotel overlooking the Nile and very safe ,,, the staff have a good morals .. and breakfast have a fantasy of a very natural mo that makes you feel like you eat at home mo hotel. He deserves five stars in his own right and, God willing, we will have a second visit there.
