Comfortable hotel on the edge of the Nile. The rooms are nice and comfortable, modern facilities have good access.

Absolutely not a 5 star as rated, very bad customer service delayed in response. Extremely old furnetured. Finally not recomendad even if compared with other hotels if the price is lower. Not worth it.

It does not present the expectations of a five star hotel. They did not clean the room, litter bins, uncleaned bathtub, and lack of hygiene products.

A failed management of the hotel and Naseebin pay the insurance cash to recover the amount and not go to you

It has been over 10 years since I started using it on business trips, but the deterioration of the hotel interior and the bad attitude of the hotel staff, especially the reception, are only getting worse year by year. What happened when there was no such thing at the time of opening? Although I spent about 3 nights in November 2018, the reception staff always work while watching my mobile. . I was sorry. I decided not to use it anymore.

I am very sensitive to noise and have changed my room three times in the same stay. The staff was always friendly and always treated me with respect. My wishes were always catered for and I felt that I was taken very seriously. Environment is central. good fitness club. somewhat small pool. I would love to come back anytime.

I have traveled all over the world as a businessman and missionary. I have checked into many hotels and I never met such wonderful reception that treated us with such respect and smiles. They were very helpful and fulfilled our needs. They were looking for ways to make us feel at home and make our stay memorable. I was fortunate to meet Mr. Mohamed Elgharib at the reception desk as well as Mr. Mohamed Abdellatif. They were both very pleasant, kind gentlemen and very hospitable. This is besides all of the staff that helped me to get to my room. They are all truly wonderful people. The restaurant staff are great. Very hospitable and attentive to what we asked for. The amenities are very, very elegant and fulfilled all what we needed in the room.
This is besides the location of the hotel which is facing the Nile River and the view is spectacular. As a matter of fact, the hotel and the staff are a good image for Egypt and its fantastic hospitality. I personally recommend that anyone who visits Egypt should not miss having a taste of Egypt through the Hilton/Conrad Hotel in Cairo.

A fantastic hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. The concierge was more than accommodating, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were very clean. I would recommend the Conrad to anyone who is looking to visit Cairo.

Its magnificence is very comfortable ... the staff is helpful and on top of it the professor is Omar the reservation service and the secretary brother ... safe and on the neil is fair ... the rooms are great and the cleanliness is excellent ... very comfortable by me
