I'm hereby editing my last review trying to be more fair.. I had a bad service yesterday Sa 13 April and was very angry..I thought that was not the standard I expected from such a hotel. It happened that I returned today and got a good service from the same staff I was complaining from yesterday..My advice here is to make sure junior staff are well trained in order to maintain consistency. Thank you

This is a 3 star hotel at best. Dated decor throughout, fridge in room didn t work, parts of it were dirty and room service entered without notice of entry.
I booked a non-smoking room and had to ask to move to a new room due to cigarette smoke coming in through the air conditioning. Was moved to a non-smoking floor only for the exactly the same situation to occure throughout the rest of our stay. Non of the rooms nor any part of this hotel appeared to be free of cigarette smoke, so if you re a non smoker, definitely give this hotel a miss!
Buffet breakfast is nice though and staff were always friendly.

First of all: Some of the hotel's visitors are not elegant,
I mean, from the other, a comfortable MP for families, especially in the Weeknd.
- The rooms are sweet and spacious, but there are many disorganized things that go out while you talk to them every little one, except that they are already rushing quickly and you are waiting for them after and talking how many times they will come.
- There is no coffee machine, and very empty in the mouth and the tea "lipton". How many times do we ask for an extra amount of money and there is no response? Usually, when I ask for a mouthful, they give me ten instead of what I asked, but here is no, but you ask for something, and the drinker is the same thing ..
- It is noisy and crackling and buzzing, especially during the day, not quiet.
Finally. There is a little beggar or a hint from some of the employees, meaning the hotel is not classified as "elegant".
Very good view over the Nile. Excellent staff all of them. They are very friendly and always want to help you feel like you are in more than home. Excellent food also. Keep up the good work Conrad :)
Very luxury hotel , cozy , friendly staff , food is fresh and tasty and it have a very lot varieties ..very good room services and executive lounge is very good .

The worst Place I've ever been to. Checking in in 2 hours. The Receptionist is rude. I tried calling the reception for 15 mins and they don't answer. The Electric devices are old. The Air Conditioner doesn't work well.
The Garage was full and I had to stay 1 hour in line to park my car.

Upsides: rooms have a great view depending on which side you get, also there is a barber, money exchange and very nice shisha bar with occasional belly dancing. The staff is super friendly and tries really hard to make you feel welcome. Try the Turkish coffee at the coffee bar in the lobby.
Downsides: rooms are super smokey. Some of the outlets in the room were off. The thermostat was not intuitive to use, and for many guests in our party either would not heat or not cool. Carpet in the room had many stains.
