International hotel with all the comforts and care due to customers who choose this type of location. Excellent point for visiting the city (pyramids 15 minutes by car). Highly professional staff

I had a meeting there since 2 weeks ago and I find it as a Luxurious hotel with high service level.

We are not in the nicest and most beautiful hotels on the old Shweh and Mafi accurate in the dates we eat two hours give us the key to the room all say they say Lhasa Bejzuha

Very comfortable rooms. In room dining was amazing. While checking out we found extra charges that where from the mini bar and late check out which was incorrect and this is not the first time I find added charges that does not belong to me

The service is very poor and does not fit the high and overpriced prices. The staff is totally unprofessional.

5 hotel is located at the center of old Cairo right next to world famous Nile River. Our room was on the 13th floor with a partial veiw to the river Nile. Very spacious room with all amenities and 2 free bottle of water. Morning breakfast was also really good.

Not worth more than the star brushes old and unclean and furniture worn and not worth the value required

it used to be a great hotel but now it s fair need few maintenance but it s okey, the hosting is good and quality of food is fair it s not wow
