Amazing hotel and venue. I would say the restaurant/bar is lacking in food options. Lots of drinks! Which are great!! But sushi and limited dinner options with high prices are close to the only thing available, wish they could have better/more small bite options with decent prices.

Nuisance in the corridors of the rooms, the workers cleaning the rooms, as if they were sitting in a cafe, their voices are disturbing .. And on all this, if the customer heals him, they ask him for a tip that he made successfully.

Security, safety and protection and eating sweet and open buffet for free

Faded glory! Nice property but a bit dated. Rooms are large and comfortable and we had a fantastic view from the higher floor. Bathroom was massive and good shower pressure. Great base from which to explore Cairo. Casino downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Minus a star for single-use plastic toiletries.

Only surprise was at check out when I was told I had taken items from fridge which I hadn t even opened to look what was inside..
Will suggest housekeepers keep bodycams on them for evidence....

The hotel is nice but unfortunately the air conditioning is poor at the hotel level

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially Ibrahim, the concierge. Hotel room is very comfortable, although certain things require a little maintenance, like the shower in my kids room. Overall, a wonderful hotel
