You will hardly find a place to talk quietly with your customer. Even in the library you constantly hear loud background music. In the lobby it was a complete fiasco, because by
renovations made you almost deaf from the jackhammers. Luckily it was a blitz visit for me ...

I never spent the night there. The guests seem to come out quite happy with the services and amenities.

Wow! Very posh Hotel with spacious rooms and luxurious breakfast

frankly it's not going. The reception was already worrying: no explanations for the breakfast (if only the schedule since it was included in the reservation), we had to stick labels not even on the suitcases and the suitcases still stick. .. They had made a mistake in the reservation and had only noted one person out of two, after checking they had the same problem the next morning for breakfast for the same reason and therefore had not noted the correction ... Then the corridor to go to the room is damaged, the same room: there are stains everywhere, many knocks on the walls, ... As in a two star discount. The coffee machine was not working and it took a long time to be replaced by a machine which was also defective: it made noise and to turn it off you had to unplug it and when you unplug the plug comes out of the wall, then the he elevator was not working, we got stuck in it for a few minutes for nothing: it kept reopening when there was no one else. The library was closed, with no real reason. The room was quite noisy, in the evening as in the morning a lot of horn. The valet had the wrong car we had to wait like dummies when the goal of having a valet and calling in advance for a specific appointment is precisely to avoid this kind of problem. Not everything was messed up, the place is pretty and the location is good, but too many problems in just one night. Even in a cheap hotel we don't have half of worries ...

downgraded a star from 4 to 3 stars due to the Wi-Fi.. The hotel, and rooms are quite nice and the staff all seem friendly enough, but after staying here for more than six times, I've never had reliable and fast Wi-Fi. If this is important for you to conduct business, stay elsewhere. A hotel of this caliber should have better and more reliable internet access.

Nice, spacious rooms with full bathrooms and huge windows letting in natural light. Good location and an expansive free breakfast is included. All around excellent place to stay.

Only two concerns: 1. The beds are nice, but not as nice as the rest of the room accommodations, (by no means uncomfortable, though) and 2. I am unsure about how it works here, but parking seems that it might be an issue.

Excellent with discreet and kind staff. Prices normal and out of season interesting.

Very large rooms, spotlessly clean, bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, high-end welcome products and the luxury of underfloor heating. Available: bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee maker, etc. And incredibly kind staff with a special mention for Julia and Sophie.

Filthy and disgusting. Do not go there. If I could I wouldn t even give one star. Should be shut down. The cleaner emptied the bin from toilet on the dressing table!!!! Not sure who on earth would do that. But forgot to take all the Coca-Cola s empty bottle. My aether got sick on food . It s seriously bad and filthy. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Our first night out of 4 ..... very noisy ... a wedding ns prevented to sleep until 3am .... well inquire before booking ..... end of the stay June 5 ... .the other nights were very quiet ... after the incident of the first night the establishment apologized and very commercially offered us breakfast ... we tested the room service and the meals .. ..excellents ...

Beautiful exterior a d interior, nice shops, frindly staff.

Old-fashioned giant hotel. Nobel, big and well located. We were there for 3 days and enjoyed it. Big room with a great bed. The decor was not my taste, instead of a monstrous desk I would have liked a comfortable seat / recliner better. You do not always want to lie on the bed to read or relax. USB ports for loading devices unfortunately not available. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom, a dream, bath and shower, both Generous, For a longer stay the investment possibilities in the wardrobe are missing, a thick vault takes away space and closet next to it without compartments is full of space. The breakfast is extensive, I missed the live cooking station for omelets, otherwise everything was well structured and varied. Parking for the journey is tricky as the hotel is permanently in the park chaos. Just past the hotel and in the underground car park with access to the hotel. The prices are not cheap, in other cities there are more attractive offers. But all in all a successful weekend

Great service, spacious rooms and a special breakfast. Would recommand to visit this hotel if you have the opportunity.

Beautiful (and expensive) hotel in an ideal location for shoppers: close by you can find shops from H&M to Prada. I only visited for a conference so I did not stay. Staff was friendly and the ambiance was nice. Buffet was delicious and sessions were well taken care of.

Great hotel located just minutes away from the center of Brussels. Relaxing atmosphere and luxurious. Excellent breakfast rich in all kinds of food. Beautiful rooms, spacious and comfortable. The refined restaurant and cigar room make it even more exclusive.

Lovely building. Not the quality of service you would expect for a 5 star hotel though. Extortionate prices for everything in the hotel too. Bathroom was lovely, rest of the room was below a 5 star hotel

This is a beautiful, stunning hotel. They have the largest standard size rooms in Brussels which is great. Some of the rooms have small balconies overlooking the inner court which is fab. Beds super comfy and bedding very plush. Each room has a stocked mini bar, coffee or tea making facilities, hairdryer, and safe. Wi-Fi was very good which is great especially when you are travelling for work. Breakfast was great with quite a lot of variety. The area surrounding the hotel has lots of shops and restaurants and is around a 15/20mins walk to the Grand Place. You're also only about 5 mins from the closest metro line (Louise). Loved this hotel and hope to be back again soon.

Hotel good but restaurant not great for dinner if not most the spa

Great Hotel in central Brussels. The interior at the front entrance was very grand and spacious with a nice clean look. The rooms were very spacious and maybe should ve been filled more as I found that there was just a area filled with carpet and nothing there. Beds were pretty comfortable but the one slight problem about the rooms was that it was quite hot in there compared to the lobby and other areas in the hotel. Breakfast was Pretty good but I expected a bit more. Two of the lifts were broken which was a downside as the elevator would be crowded at most times. Other than that great hotel.

I book directly with the hotel for 3 nights and checked in the evening. During check the front desk mentioned that I have 2 nights with them and I firmly say 3 night and show my confirmation which she then agree to it. Then I noticed that the rates I was charged for the stay was different from the confirmation by about 300+ euro which I then check with the front desk whether there is a mistake. The reply was shocking, she mentioned the rates changed Everyday which is why it was different from my reservation confirmation which left me puzzle and demand to see the manger as what the point of email confirmation if the rates is going to change Everyday moreover my was a prepaid rate. After speaking to the manager, he apologised for the mistake.

When i enter the room, there was a strong smell that make me uncomfortable but I bear it as I was really tired and wanted to finished my work and get some sleep. After my work, I noticed the shower was not working at all as there was no water coming out so I call the front desk and the mentioned they will send someone over. I waited for 30mins and there is no reply and have to call the front desk again.

Certainly lacking for a 5 star hotel. Staff are not trained, unfriendly and unattensive.

Very beautiful hotel, helpful staff and amazing food.

Appalling. I stayed here last week and never ever again. I had made a booking through Booking,com. The price was inclusive. During my stay I notiiced the bath and washing products were cheap and unpleasant. I asked for a convertor plug for my mobile charger and was expected to pay 12 euros. I declined. Everything has a price and products provided are poor quality and very cheap.The worst experience was when we went to leave. The manager tried to say we owed city tax. I explained our bill had been paid in full. This was not accepted. I had to empty my bag to find a piece of paper to prove we had already paid. Suddenly there was no charge. She expained it was an internal error. The whole situation was unpleasant and embarrasing, I had to stand my ground as I was accused of being dishonest. When I finally showed the proof we were offered chocolates and coffee by way of apology which I did not accept.
They tried this last year as well. It is a lie to say it is an internal error. It is a way to embarrass the customer into paying twice.
I left feeling disgusted and will never ever return.

A lovely hotel, the breakfast promised so much, but delivered little

A pleasant hotel. Classical. In the center of the city, it is possible to reach out to many places by traffic.

The reception is of a very high quality and very professional. The employees are really attentive and available 24/24. I recommend!

Clean big rooms. Great staff. Bathrooms have heated floors. Overall a very quiet hotel, except the occasional door closing. Rooms do not have soft close doors.

A very charming beautiful clean complex with gigantic charming and functional rooms however lack of USB plug in the rooms that would really be the most the spa is top brilliant the service is correct the restaurant is delicious the breakfast is perfect I also appreciated the pineapple juice as well as tomato juice it was really great not far from Brussels

We stayed here for only one night but we had a wonderful stay. The interior is very stylish, the staff is very friendly and breakfast was delicious. They also have an awesome bar, with great cocktails. We only had a minor issue is with the minibar that wasn't cleaned properly, but we highly recommend a stay here.

With friends, the Steinberger Wiltcher's brunch has become an annual tradition or almost since he stopped for a moment. Cozy atmosphere with a musical background of a piano life. Wide choice of dishes and especially seafood regularly replenished. Also varied hot dishes but I rarely get there directly from starters to desserts. I hope an improvement of these last time because they were not up to the last time (December 2018), this explaining the 4 stars and not 5.

The building itself possesses a certain traditional chic that you rarely see. Beautiful and very pleasant. Attractive and sound rooms, all facilities are well cared for. The breakfast was also tasteful and thorough. I thought parking my car a bit like a challenge in the nearby parking. But further on the stay nothing to criticize.

Very nice place but still a bit expensive for little extra

Hotel is nice but the internet is the worst ever. If you are in Brussels and rely solely on the hotel internet for important issues, this is not the hotel for you. The internet is horrible. No consistent connection ever. This review took almost an hour to write.
