Conrad Brussels Hotel Review

Pretentious hotel, overrated, haughty staff and older. No respect for the customer. Pass your route. Not worthy of a "star" hotel ...

Big, beautiful rooms! Very friendly staff. Amazing stay!

Now here in this hotel's bar. I have been here before both the service and the clientele is extremely different than what I have observed here.
The waiter is shouting to clients, not listening at all.
Good luck to them with this low quality staff members.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Perfect location, perfect reception when we arrived and perfect room. Excellent breakfast and dinner in hotel. Would go back in a minute!

This hotel is excellent! Clean, Spacious rooms , the bathroom is a good size with a bathtub and separate shower, great location, friendly staff. The got a concierge desk and they can help you with pretty much anything you may need as far as directions, where to eat, etc. I really enjoyed my time here , it looks like they are renovating or restoring the outside of the building so if you plan to sleep during the day time it will be a little challenging. (This of course is temporary so I will still go back )

Excellent location, very sophisticated location and excellent service

There were so many rude staff. One example of this os as follows: we spoke to staff on 2 occasions (once on the phone prior to arrival and once when checking in) to add breakfast. Both of whom stated it had been done. We arrive at breakfast More

When I tried to book a group reservation for a seminar, I had to choose "3" via the telephone menu. If I then get a lady on the line, I can only be served in English or French.
Sorry, if you don't want Flemish customers, I'll look elsewhere!

The service in the hotel is great. The rooms and everything. Unfortunately there is no toilet in the hotel outside the room.

Nice, comfortable hotel with great staff but the internet is very bad and not up to par with the level of such an hotel

I've been around many great hotels in Europe but this one has totally led me down from the beginning to end. The service was extremely slow, the reception people barely answer the phone calls (because they are usually too busy) and when they do at night some can't even communicate in English. We wanted a fork, which shocked us when they ask for 7.5 euros for the service to walk up to our room. UNBELIEVABLE. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel with great service.

Very nice classic hotel. The rooms are excellent and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Football Village is awesome. Good crowd. Lot of enthusiasm. Supporters with good behaviour.

Remarkably good value available though not on the rack rates. classy if dated decor, nice big rooms. Good location, though a bit of a walk to the European quarter. Haggle! Awesome toy shop just outside. Good breakfast. Expensive for dinner.

Just like feel Europe. Room was clean, large and the atmosphere out side window is amazing. My family was so happy during stay this hotel.

The worst was the recepcionist doing the checking out. A very unfriendly man. In a bad mood. It was a pity because at the end, when you stay in a very nice -Lux Hotel you like to find also nice people helping and taking care of customers.

A historic and exceptional hotel close to the city center, shops and restaurants. We were very well received (including small touches for the dog). The room is spacious and well decorated, the SPA is composed of a Hammam, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a pool and cabins with dry hair and care available. The bathroom is also large and spacious. The staff speaks several languages.

Very nice place, great hotel and hospitality. The private terrace are great for event with a choice of finger foods.

The ambience is very classic European and the service attitude is really top notch. The room are huge and also decorated in classic European style. Many rooms have large windows that open up to a balcony.

The area it is in is surrounded by restaurants and boutiques. You'll have plenty of choices while staying at the Wiltcher's

if you are looking for a place over the weekend or longer to stay in brussels , well then there is actually no other perfect matching location than the Steigenberger Wiltchers Hotel!

It is perfectly located in the Louiza Area and beside that you can go very quick by train to all common spots :)

It s a classic but very luxurious hotel which also has very good hotel rates !

I defenitley recommend to book your stay WITH breakfast since it is just one of my very best i ever had

Quite a low standard as for such an expensive 5 star hotel. Rooms should be maintained better. Wifi doesn't work almost all the time.

The hotel is lovely and impressive.
Went for the New Year's Eve party. Unfortunately the music and specially the DJ was far from acceptable, and the improvised bars were chaotic at their best...
It is sad to see how such an impressive venue was so badly used...

Why a hotel so sublime but that you eat so much MAL? The staff (food) not at all up to the task. Here is a concrete example where we can measure the havoc of a load at the Management level. Restaurant to be strongly discouraged !! Too bad for the place that remains exceptional
