Conrad Brussels Hotel Review

Wonderful place. Great and unusual nice customer service in Brussels. The night food like pizza should be improved. I got a burned one:)

Not the best for the price. Service needs improvement. Carpet in room needs updating. Bathroom leaking. The block far too much money on your credit cards for guarantee. Poor hotel for the price there is the best and lowest price. The rooms are old.

It's a decent 5 star hotel. But Corona emptied it out and made this huge place feel desolate. Half of the bars are closed. The rooms are nice, but are starting to feel dated. The bathrooms are big, but cold. No private parking and no valet service. Corona breakfast is by no means worth 5 stars. I'm sure this hotel is worth another chance post Corona.

This hotel is located almost at the centre of Brussels. All staffs were very attentive and polite. Room was nice, big and clean. Bathroom was very grand looking and spacious. Breakfast was adequate, it has everything you would expect in a buffet breakfast. The Oriental section was very sad and messy though, it almost felt like displaying leftovers from the night before. A shout out to Rosery who resolved an issue that we encountered at the hotel during check in, she's great!

One of the great palaces of Brussels ... or traditionally known as such. The reality is a little less glamorous: not in bad condition but resolutely dilapidated, the imposing entrance staircase to the reception plunges you into an atmosphere that your nostrils would associate with the old stagnant smells of food and beer that reigns in the old taverns of Central Europe. The service at this hotel is ok but we are disappointed to feel that budget cuts and other candlelight savings have affected the maintenance, the quality of toiletries and towels, the uniforms of the staff, the breakfast whose only name is "American". Good note all the same for the staff who are kind and pleasant.
