Connect communication exelant internet service provider company

I have seen worst of the worst Post-Sales customer support but Connect Communications champions in "Worst Pre-Sales Team". I had to call 5 times to get connected to a human then he gave me contact number of some agent who was supposedly a contact person for my area.

I kept calling this agent for 2 days on his mobile which was not responded and his telephone line is constantly engaged. Eventually, I gave up.

Awesome this internet rarely goes off and when it does you can just call the helpline which has always been available and the internet gets fixed within 1 hour also the prices are quite reasonable.

I face many problems on connect blue just 2 or 3 hours network works and all time it says Error "868" The remote connection was not made because the name of the remote access server did not resolve.I message to my network admin sami and faizan he says yes i am working on it.My network is connect blue samsoft220 1mbps and my net is so slow and my cousin have fariya 1mbps and his network is so fast so please solve this problem i have so many works to do on net.Niaz Karim

Frequent disconnections made it really difficult to use in an office environment where you need the Internet 24/7

Bad service.. too much line loss and too much disconnection. Using this service long ago but nowadays they are giving worst. Too much lag while playing online games. Too much low download speed (speed bps sometimes) 60-70 kbps all day. Many times did complains but my local dealer, he is not taking me out of this trouble. Sometimes, it looks like impossible to do browsing, simple google search stuck.

I was going for interview, location is satisfactory but staff is not well disciplined

Worst service nowadays, my connection is 3mbp but it downloads in bps while surfing Internet. When you go for complain of service they only say just change WiFi password or you have too many user.

Connect communication is the best internet provider in Pakistan.
And dodear is the reason behind it.
The download speed is incredibly fast.

Useless last 1 month even UAN Number b koi pick nahi kta hai ab

It is a very lazy network connection it can't even run PUBG and other online games it took 5 hours to download 165 mb file from dodear. If you are thinking of a good network connection do not use connect instead of it use zong for games. Connect must take an action for their laziness.

Worst internet in town so far. Dealers never solve complain on time. Din me 1 ghanta chalta hai 4 ghnte bnd rehta hai. Complain kro to dealer balli company pr daler hain or company dealer pr. Not recommended.

Worst ISP in Pakistan, the service they provide is horrible, worst for gaming and totally unstable
It doesn't work without restarting the router 4-5 times a day

Connect internet is useless internet unfortunately i have 5 Mb red package always same problem facing in 5 Mb only 0.5 Mb download is receiving i call them at customer support they said contact to your dealer always for thi s i am paying useless connect communication internet service provider..

Poor customer service (even before providng me with a connection). The person in charge of PECHS block 2, namely jamal, asked me to provide them with customers even before they let me test their service - guys marketing your company is your job, not mine - asking me to market your company even before providing me with your internet service is so stupid and lazy - I would not recommend this service to anyone who seeks decent customer support - can't comment on speed as MR JAMAL wanted me to market his company before even allowing me to become a user of connect's services

Connect net a very very bad internet provider company we have a experience we have 5 connections in DHA phase IV but all the connections are working only 14 to 18 days remaining days are without Internet and abt help line its nothing when called for problem everytime replied that the work in progress and resolve in 2 to 3 hours but nothing resolved the we decided to discontinue the CONNECT. NET

The worst internet ever in karachi. Pathetic customer support, pathetic speed, overshared connections, 30-40% packet loss and the most useless area providers with the faultiest of hardware.

Best Internet service i've ever experienced. High Download/Upload Speed, fast browsing, HD buffering, low ping/latency and best internet for real time high end online gaming in Pakistan.

This is good internet provider company nice office decorations and nice staff

They start FTTH fibre to the home service known as OptoMe, OptoMe provide fast internet and also telephone and tv cable.

Very Poor Service In Shah Faisal Town / Green Town, the distributer here don't even know what the problem is if i am having limited connectivity , daily 6 hours in a day goes down with limited connectivity what rubbish , and the guy comes 2 days before the expiration of bundle says that can you pay now i need it now. I was astonished when i heard that. Very Poor quality of service!

Very bad services!
They were the best internet service providers in early 2009 but now they ruined their reputation by providing bad services to their costumers.
I got their services for almost 10 years.
At intial stage when ever I had any issue with my internet and I complained to the their service provider(Dealer) and if I didn't get a prompt response from them so I usually direct complained to the connect communication contact center and they took a strict action against their service provider for bad services but now connect communication itself are the bad service provider.
Now, I am using Ebravo net which is far better than Connect.

We are having a problem with the internet...Internet turn on and off every 5 minutes...Fed up of this...I would like to request that you should solve this problem....On the other hand the internet connection is very good and surfs everything...
