Poor customer service (even before providng me with a connection). The person in charge of PECHS block 2, namely jamal, asked me to provide them with customers even before they let me test their service - guys marketing your company is your job, not mine - asking me to market your company even before providing me with your internet service is so stupid and lazy - I would not recommend this service to anyone who seeks decent customer support - can't comment on speed as MR JAMAL wanted me to market his company before even allowing me to become a user of connect's services
