I have seen worst of the worst Post-Sales customer...

I have seen worst of the worst Post-Sales customer support but Connect Communications champions in "Worst Pre-Sales Team". I had to call 5 times to get connected to a human then he gave me contact number of some agent who was supposedly a contact person for my area.

I kept calling this agent for 2 days on his mobile which was not responded and his telephone line is constantly engaged. Eventually, I gave up.
