High minimum order.. no one answers phone at order desk... not customer service oriented at all..

Bought a box of 12 units of Par30 at Costco.
1 bulb worth $20 burnt out within 1 month.

There is a 3 year Guarantee from this manufacturer and they claim that I must REPACKAGE ALL the bulbs which are installed on the roof of my house 12 feet high and bring them back to Costco for a refund or exchange!!!!
If you guarantee 3 years live up to it... and be realistic with the returns...!!!!

Really disappointed with the after-sales service from this company ... I bought a set of 3 LED bulbs and unfortunately one is defective
Until then it's things that happen, I write to the company who answer me that it costs too much to send me the replacement bulb and recommend that I go in this time of confinement to do the line at Costco to have the very small bulb which is defective ... I rewrote a 2nd time explaining my situation concerning the Covid-19 ... without success.
Very disappointing for a company of this scale
I do not recommend their products and if I do not have news for a solution to my problem .... I will make a complaint to Costco.
