Lost $70K and 2 years on Failed Projects with Confianz. Major failures across our entire build form Web creation to Odoo customization. The hand off of our odoo project was incomplete, messy code with nothing even connected or working. After having issues with the Confianz lack of deliverables and multiple problems from the start we pulled the build . We then had the code audited and after speaking with 3 of the top Odoo companies they all agreed it would be better to abandon the project and build within Odoo and change processes rather than software that would never upgrade and had many issues. The level of developers they had working on this did many core hacks to make things work that eventually started breaking the build. Also hired to do some prestashop site builds and rather than building a new theme (proper way) they did core edits to obscure themes. This caused yet another issue.

They are in the business to bill hours and that's the model that seems to work for most Indian firms due to butts in seats. Rather than approach it to rework business processes to better work within the infrastructure to future proof your build.

I've dealt with a lot of IT vendors. These guys are hands down the best I've dealt with. Confianz is on top of their game, professional, and fun to work with. Great group of guys and gals.

Excellent company to work with. Very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable about web page design and function, particularly relative to search optimization. We have been using them for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is a great company to work with. They treat you like a customer and provide many different ways to meet your needs. Depending on your set up and knowledge, I have access to do the simple things on our Sheriff's Office webpage. I know my limits and when not to handle the difficult things. While I do contact them for other changes beyond my expertise, they handle it quickly. You must have a good internal person to assist the Confianz expert during the design phase. After that your internal person must stay alert to changes in your business or agency and notify Confianz of those changes or additions. Even if this is your first time, the Confianz team will help you through it.

Anoop and his team were very responsive to our requests and worked promptly to update our logo and get it back to us with all of the requested file types. Very easy to work with!

Great company and team. Confianz has partnered with our company to replace Quickbooks with Odoo as our Enterprise Resource Planning system. We finally now have the enterprise system our company needs to now scale and grow on, and I personally can now sleep at night without fear that our Quickbooks' data file won't go corrupt in the night and leave us unable to conduct our business.
