Confianz Global, inc

Lost $70K and 2 years on Failed Projects with Confianz. Major failures across our entire build form Web creation to Odoo customization. The hand off of our odoo project was incomplete, messy code with nothing even connected or working. After having issues with the Confianz lack of deliverables and multiple problems from the start we pulled the build . We then had the code audited and after speaking with 3 of the top Odoo companies they all agreed it would be better to abandon the project and build within Odoo and change processes rather than software that would never upgrade and had many issues. The level of developers they had working on this did many core hacks to make things work that eventually started breaking the build. Also hired to do some prestashop site builds and rather than building a new theme (proper way) they did core edits to obscure themes. This caused yet another issue. They are in the business to bill hours and that's the model that seems to work for most Indian firms due to butts in seats. Rather than approach it to rework business processes to better work within the infrastructure to future proof your build.

I've dealt with a lot of IT vendors. These guys are hands down the best I've dealt with. Confianz is on top of their game, professional, and fun to work with. Great group of guys and gals.

Excellent company to work with. Very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable about web page design and function, particularly relative to search optimization. We have been using them for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is a great company to work with. They treat you like a customer and provide many different ways to meet your needs. Depending on your set up and knowledge, I have access to do the simple things on our Sheriff's Office webpage. I know my limits and when not to handle the difficult things. While I do contact them for other changes beyond my expertise, they handle it quickly. You must have a good internal person to assist the Confianz expert during the design phase. After that your internal person must stay alert to changes in your business or agency and notify Confianz of those changes or additions. Even if this is your first time, the Confianz team will help you through it.

Anoop and his team were very responsive to our requests and worked promptly to update our logo and get it back to us with all of the requested file types. Very easy to work with!

Confianz is a great partner. For a lot of companies, IT infrastructure is a major headache. Confianz is taking that load and a potential business risk away from us. They are very responsive and knowledgeable and keep our interest at heart.

Great company and team. Confianz has partnered with our company to replace Quickbooks with Odoo as our Enterprise Resource Planning system. We finally now have the enterprise system our company needs to now scale and grow on, and I personally can now sleep at night without fear that our Quickbooks' data file won't go corrupt in the night and leave us unable to conduct our business. Thanks to Anoop, Melissa, and Vinod and all the team behind the scene that take care of us daily!

We have worked with Confianz for over 5 years. They have consistently been an outstanding resource on web development and IT matters. Their customer service staff is responsive and their development team is very knowledgeable.

I was able to work with Anoop and his team in helping our company launch a professional website. They were great help and awesome to work with it. Prompt, excellent customer service and they stick to the time line they layout at the beginning of the project.

We've worked with Confianz for almost a year now, and I can safely say they are absolutely the best in terms of service, professionalism and value. We've worked with two other Odoo gold partners in the US and Confianz is leaps and bounds ahead. We now have a dedicated tech that handles all upgrading and customization requirements we have. What's better is that by using Odoo we can essentially build whatever we want which saves us a huge amount of resources over using salesforce or any other program that isn't as customizable. Working with Anoop and the team at Confianz has been one of the best decisions we made and I highly recommend them!

I've been working with Confianz for a couple of years. The team is responsive to the needs of our website and app which allows me to serve my customers and vendors well.

We have been working closely with Confianz over the past several years and we consider them to be a true partner. As our ERP and website developers, they touch almost every aspect of our business and have helped us customize our software solutions to meet our needs and grow our business and profitability. The team is very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. I can not recommend them enough!

Our company used Confianz to build and maintain our eCommerce website and are super happy with our results! We have seen increased online visitors and orders, can easily add and remove products, banners, etc on the website. Anytime we have a question or need help, Anoop and his team are easy to reach and help us with anything we need. I highly recommend Confianz Global to anyone needing their website built or even if you have a website, like we did, use them to help rebuild a better site!

SSI has been with Confianz now for several years and are extremely happy with our finished product. The website we had before, was so basic. After working with Melissa and her team at Confianz, our website is fresh and up to date. We are hard to please and made changes multiply times before going live but Confianz took our pickiness as a challenge. Now, we have something our TEAM is proud of and something our customers can visit to see what SSI is about. Thank you again to Melissa and the Confianz TEAM!

Confianz is very flexible, technically proficient and extremely responsive. They are an asset for our business in our IT endeavors and a great partner that is very easy to work with. Thank you Confianz.

The people you need if you are already tech savvy and everyone else comes up short. They asked the right questions. They skipped the bloated song and dance and were there to solve our problems. Polite, professional and a joy to work with. Ask me about our Odoo install!!

Confianz is a great company to partner with. Their staff is knowlegable and the ownership cares about their customers. Confianz is fair in their pricing and have excellent service. We've been working with them for over a year and it's been a pleasure. I look forward to continuing to work with them over the next decade (or two).

Confianz has been a great partner for my company. They have helped me with SEO and fixing my website. Anoop truly cares about his customers and works hard to make sure that their software needs are met.

This is one of the best web design agency in charlotte nc i have ever worked with . These guys delivered my website on time and design looked awesome. so i highly recommend them for your next web design project

Confianz Global is the a fantastic company with the best mobile app and website development around. Great service and very attentive to your needs. They are also very philanthropic by helping out local charities. This is your go to place for app development.

Confianz helped us develop a custom application that drastically improved our internal document processing. They succeeded where several other companies had failed. It was a straightforward process, and the application was delivered on time. They have a customer-focused approach that helped us to feel at ease throughout the process.

After less than ideal outsourcing results, we vetted and selected Confianz. We have successfully been working with them for a year now with great results.

Anoop and the entire team from start to finish of the project was great! I love how they keep you updated the entire way and really walk you through the project step by step. They do a great job of explaining things for people that might not be tech savvy and making sure you understand exactly what is going on and what to do. Confianz built my website and continues to oversee the SEO for 2 locations. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any needs you might have!

Confianz goes above and beyond the typical development firm. Fair pricing, expert developers, and the best customer service we've ever had. Highly recommend!
