It is always a pleasure to book with CruCon as your agents are always very helpful and prompt. I especially enjoy working with one agent in particular, she is awesome! I also love the CruCon perks that we receive when we book through you.

We've booked multiple cruises through CruCon. Their holiday sales with the full go best package are excellent values, for price and amenities, plus our agent always gives us terrific customer service, handling add-ons, changes and questions like the pro she is. We used to book through other sites, but have realized CruCon always runs better deals. CruCon's low prices and customer service keep us coming back.

I always find the best rates with CruCon. com. Their personnel is always courteous and my favorite agent is Rylee. Crucon has many offers not found with other agencies. Sometimes the list is too long but how can that be a problem when we all want to find the best deal. Have booked with them for at least 5 years and one booking gives you loyalty status which gives you a nice little bonus on next booking as well. My husband and I are frequent cruises with at least two a year and sometimes 3.

Just purchased another cruise from CruCon. We've taken many through them because of their great perks. In addition to the cruise line perks they always add a nice amount of on-board credit.
I watch for their big sales several times per year as the time to book a cruise. I occasionally will check other on-line agencies but have never been able to beat CruCon for perks. Helpful customer services reps too, and we've never had any problems with a booking.

They have great promotions, however, be aware that they will charge you a $50 cancellation penalty fee, even if you cancel for medical reasons. They are very unflexible about that and insurance companies will not cover the fee.

Horrible customer service. You will never get a call back or a response to your emails. They say they will call you in an hour or tomorrow. TRY NEVER!! They just transfer you to a voicemail and guess what....NO CALL BACK EVER!!! They are sneaky too...Don't want to get into details. But I caught them in so many lies.

I asked for a refund on a cruise in October 2020. I still have not received the deposit refund I requested. I have emailed and never received a response. I called twice and only received a call back today and I missed the call. This is terrible customer service. Buyer Beware!!!

You have great service. My customer service agent was terrific when my cruise was cancelled, handled the re-booking and application of the FCC smoothly. I enjoy speaking to my sales agent to book new travel. Also, I love your special group offerings. My next cruise is on Edge is thousands less. Plus, if I transfer my reservation, the extra 10% of cruise cost as OBC is great.

Have booked many cruises through CruCon & have always received exemplary service. They always have the most "freebees" like prepaid gratuities & onboard credit.Their customer service people are so helpful.

After initially booking a cruise to Alaska through NCL, I recalled that I had used CruCon for a prior cruise.
I contacted CruCon, and they were able to add several incentives, which NCL did not offer.
Working with CruCon, I was able to submit transfers from NCL, and the overall cost was comparable to the NCL price.
I completed the necessary paperwork by the next day, and in the end, the cruise, incentive credits ect were perfectly handled.
CruCon has an excellent customer service department, which was able to answer several questions I had prior the cruise.
