manager thinks she's rambo and they charge you full price to replace 21 year old carpet me and my family lived there for just under 3 years when we first looked at the apartment Amy the old manager told us that the apartment needed new carpet and we needed a place asap so we told her that we would be fine with the old carpet amy quit her job and we got new management and management wants to charges full price for 21 year old carpet so you use your judgment if you want to live there and it's supposed to have secured entry and everybody has a code to the gate so it is not secure and centennial mall apartments 12 apartments only 10 parking spaces

Awesome small company! I lived in one of their apartment properties for about a year and the property and service were both great! Maintenance was prompt and Patrick the property manager is a cool, down to earth guy and remembered who I was (with detail) the entire time even though we rarely spoke. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Everything from first viewing the apartment to moving out was great. I'd definitely lease from a company like this again if I had the chance. (I'm so sick of these mega property management corporations)

Posting this for a friend who currently lives in one of their properties so she/he doesn't receive any blowback from Concorde. One of their buildings (6 or 7 floors) has had a broken elevator for over two months. No reduction in rent and no timetable to fix it. Residents are not happy.

I've been living at a Concorde Managed building for 10+ years, they've always been very helpful and fast on any maintenance calls. Had an issue with my sink last weekend & they sent someone within the hour to fix the issue. Great work, Concorde. Keep it up!

I like their online portal so I don t have to worry about paying rent on time with auto-payments. The maintenance guy Jerry is awesome and always comes the next business day to fix anything. I ve never had issues. Once they tried to raise rent (but only by $25 when there is no comparably priced apartments of mine s quality nearby). Even then, they postponed the rent raise until further notice due to covid. I ve never had serious issues with the management and I ve definitely interacted with worse management businesses in Lincoln like RIS. They never enter the apartment without my knowledge and at least 24-48 hours notice. They have regular pest control come monthly and the days that they come are posted on a year long calendar in a public space in the building. They replace the filters regularly and text us a day or two beforehand to let us know they ll be coming in. I was a little concerned when I learned that my building s owner Nichole was switching to have a company manage her building, but the switch has not had negative consequences. I do wish they would replace the coin washer/dryers though.

Property manager takes days/weeks to reply to e-mails or return phone calls. Always mysterious messages coming from the unnamed "owner" who had no respect for the people of the buildings but sure made a lot of angry demands and posted signs with confusing dates and times so we never knew when filters, etc. were going to be replaced because of failure to proofread. We never saw him, spoke to him, etc, other than we knew there was an "owner" who only communicated through the managers.
Feral cats were living in the building and urinating on hallway carpets (After the gal who was the on-site contact failed to reach the tenants responsible for the cats, I had to take matters into my own hands and call local animal control who finally removed them); toads infested the lower level of the unit even after I contacted management; management/owner barged in without 24 hours notice; always unhappy; management/owners came in to units more frequently than necessary, and when I complained the property manager told me on the phone that the "owner" was retired and bored and liked to look in people's apartments in his free time. Bizarre and bothersome.
When checking toilet valves they broke all of the succulent plants that were in the bathroom. Carelessness.

Treated me terribly when I was ill and hospitalized, no empathy or concern. All about the money. Rent would be raised very randomly and without explanation.
Have been inquiring about a deposit refund for going on 3 months; my e-mails and phone calls go ignored even though NE state law is 14 days after move-out.
Run far away. Only now that I have been out can I see what unhealthy living conditions I was in for such a length of time. I am so thankful to now have a landlord who is kind and caring and money isn't his bottom line.

It is a great place and excellent management company to be cooperate with and i would highly recommend to use this opportunity to use this company to provide you with a great home to be comfortable.... thank you so much! ( p.s. they are great at working with deaf people like me!)

Nobody in their office seems to know anything. I've called on behalf of my step sister who has a disability because the elevator at her building has been broken for over a week. I've been transferred to three different people and have left 4 voicemails and was hung up on twice. I still haven't received a call back or an email. They don't really seem to care about anything and sound annoyed that someone is calling their office to ask them questions. Terrible service and attitudes at this company.

We have found Concorde MGMT to be professional & prompt. Everyone we have dealt with has been responsive. The online portal app is very easy to navigate & post payments. The maintenance team is top notch & I feel 100% confident with them entering as needed.

I lived at Capitol Hill apartments for 15 months. As this was my first time renting, I can't compare Concorde Management to anything else; however, I have nothing but good things to say. They always answered any questions I had in a timely manner and the same goes for any maintenance requests I put in. All of my requests were filled the day after I submitted them. Rent always stayed the same in the duration of time that I rented from them and your utilities are included in your rent. They manage very nice apartments and I would recommend renting from them to anyone.

Maintenance could be better. It would be nice to have regular maintenance done, BUT also be notified when someone is entering, like other places I have rented through. When a request is put in, they don t respond, but when it s time for rent they blow my phone up. Note never responding to my previous texts or calls.

I m told to move if I m so unhappy... when instead the issue should be FIXED to make me more comfortable in my place I ve lived for the last 4 years.

Concorde Management DO better.

If you live here, make sure you call for everything you need, because maintenance is NOT done regularly. I hope this 2020 it gets better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived in other apartment complexes and I have never had the issues I've had here. I'm currently living in one of there buildings and the management is terrible. No care for the residents within the buildings. In the year I've been here me and my girlfriend have had our vehicles broken into 3 times our neighbor had hers broken into. If something breaks in the apartment it takes an arm and a leg to get the person in charge out there, and then when you finally get some help they make you pay for there problem. They neglect to tell you when they are going to come into your apartment until a day before it happens and they have apartment inspections every 3 months, so they can check your apartment. Also don't count on getting any parking unless you either have a garage or a 2 bedroom because then your guaranteed 2 stalls, which is what the manager said to me, so now I have to keep my vehicle parked on a street in which its already been hit twice. I would have much rather just bought a house than had to deal with all the issues. You get an apartment because you don't want to have the worries of owning a home and yet I'm expected to pay for any repairs that need to be done and I don't even get to park where I should. It also shows the poor management when you have 6 tenants move out in a month because, after management switched they said everything has gone down hill. I have heard the other property managers are nice and work well with you, but the one I have had to deal with has been a complete head ache and clearly doesn't know how to do there job and this is more than just my opinion.

As a property managment firm Concorde is no better...

As a property managment firm Concorde is no better or worse than any other firm, however when I walked a half mile to their location to pay for rent on my apartment I discovered that they prohibit individuals with a concealed handgun who have a Concealed Handgun Permit from entering their office building, had to walk home, put my hand gun up, then walk back to pay my bill. If you have a Concealed Handgun Permit and tend to carry a concealed handgun most of the time and do not want to have to put your handgun up every time rent comes due you might want to consider renting threw another agency.
