Virginia, fix your garbage: 1)auto machine who does last name when all of you deliquents have been saying your first names 2) stop assuming customer service is death row and be nice to your customers by picking up when you get calls not just when you make a call highly ignorant. 3) you are not all that so just like my ex boss you tatke the management position and abuse the role. You as manager are supposed to have the other state email me that my car is titled in the state I am in.

Ive had a good experience w them my car car actually got towed and they paid to get it out for me and then i paid them back in pmts which next month ill b done paying for it ... ive also had a time where i couldnt pay that week so i paid half n had to pay the... pmt 1/2 half ...when the folling pmt was due... i work in finance myself so i understand it has to get paid ... unfortunately ive had things come up ... ill have a year in aug paying ...2 more to go!

A great place to paid your car payment and willing to work with you

Do not purchase from this place. My boyfriend got his car last June 2017 and has never missed or been late. He decided to make his payment 4 days later than normal and we woke up and his car was repossessed. He was told that he would need to fill out a new application and then they would tell him how much to pay. Lets not forget the car is on his credit report. The place is a ripoff taking advantage of people who know nothing.

It is easy to get a car, but the service center in Pleasant Grove sucks, they don't answer the phone and nothing is under warranty. I have had my key replaced 2x in the last 3mo. Im ready to give the suv back.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Any questions I had were answered. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a car or a second chance. Approval was very easy even though I have horrible credit. Payments are a little high but that's to be expected. Over all it's was a good experience

The gripes that I have really don't pertain this actual location....I got my vehicle from Easy Credit....I paid quite a lot (over 17 thousand) for a 2001 vehicle but I looked at it as a good boost to my credit...which after I paid it off didn't do much to my credit!!
Within the first 2 years my vehicle had to be put in the shop 3 times. Two of those times were for the same issue which Easy Credit repair shop did. And I never was able to get a loaner vehicle...keeping in mind this is a car lot. I noticed the last time someone had a great time driving my vehicle around because ALL the gas was gone and A LOT of miles were put on my vehicle! I think I still have the pics to prove it. Yet I was told there was nothing they could do about it.

However, the ladies in the Concorde office on Buckner had always been nice and professional. My case handler was always helpful. I had a very hard year last year and she did all that she could to assist me with payments so that I wouldn't lose my vehicle. She worked with me on the repair payments. I really and truly appreciate her for EVERYTHING!!!
I'm looking forward to getting another vehicle.....that beautiful blue Chrysler 300 is calling my name!

I bought my car from easy credit and the manager there was Caesar and he was very dishonest with writing my policy my daughter cosine and he put the policy in her name is ownership and the car was a salvage car bad interior bad smell it had been in a recent flood the seats are merge with mud and they overcharged me a 2000 Ford over $18,000 preferred all of their debt to Concord which is a auto finance collection bad deal they're not being honest they're doing things that are against the law and I think they laugh and joke a little too much when they done people wrong so we're going to pray that nobody else falls into that trap.

Easy approval is the best thing about this place. But $566 a month for a 2016? I understand because of having bad credit but come on. I wasn't explained that I actually owed over 26,000 on the car. I also wasn't explained to that the first 3 payments is a extra 100. Just do all your homework first before signing. My car was just repossessed during the covid-19 pandemic lol. I'm not even that upset about it though. Everything happens for a reason.

The customer service I received here had been OK until I was in a situation where I had to file bankruptcy then it became sub par. I filed and decided to keep the car I had through them and auto city to keep making my payments. My account was flagged and from then on any question I had needed to go through their lawyer. Even simple questions, for example I had an accident and the person who ran into me was at fault their insurance took liability and were sending me a check, so I called to see the process for getting the car fixed...you need to call the lawyer. Last straw with their silliness. So for this issue of poor customer service I decided to include the car in my bankruptcy to give their car back. I don't feel I received the best customer treatment after finding out I filed, but as long as my payment posted all was good. If you have a problem with talking to me as a customer also have a problem taking my money. It wasn't as though I wanted to have to file bankruptcy. Your employees and process made a bad situation worse. Thank you Virginia especially. In the future know life happens and somethings are out of our control. Treat others as you want to be treated. Be blessed, hope this never has to happen to you. Glad I am trying to get my credit cleaned up so I don't have to deal with companies like this that treat their customers in this manner. Do not trust this place to get a reliable vehicle. They aren't professional here at all. They lie and scam people for their money and none of their cars are worth a damn
